     Pertanyaan     :    Dalam transaksi pengambilalihan BMG, mohon penjelasan investment
     Question            rationale, termasuk sinergi yang diincar dan potensi pertumbuhan pasar.
                         With respect to the acquisition of BMG, please explain the investment rationale,
                         including the expected synergies and market growth potential.

     Jawaban        :    Dalam melakukan pertumbuhan secara anorganik, Perseroan tetap berfokus
     Answer              pada bisnis yang berdekatan dan mendukung bisnis inti Perseroan, yaitu
                         menara dan fiber. BMG sebelumnya merupakan salah satu dari beberapa
                         vendor yang melakukan pemeliharaan aset Perseroan, terutama menara
                         telekomunikasi.
                         In pursuing inorganic growth, the Company remains focused on businesses
                         that are adjacent to and support its core tower and fiber businesses. BMG was
                         previously one of several vendors providing maintenance services for the
                         Company’s assets, particularly its telecommunications towers.

                         Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi biaya operasional, khususnya biaya
                         pemeliharaan, Perseroan melakukan proses seleksi terhadap vendor-vendor
                         tersebut dan memilih BMG sebagai vendor yang dinilai paling baik. Seluruh
                         pekerjaan pemeliharaan aset kemudian dikonsolidasikan kepada BMG dengan
                         tujuan memperoleh efisiensi melalui volume pekerjaan yang lebih besar
                         sehingga dapat memberikan harga yang lebih baik kepada Perseroan.
                         As part of the Company’s efforts to improve operating cost efficiency,
                         particularly maintenance costs, the Company conducted a selection process
                         among its vendors and selected BMG as the vendor considered to have the
                         best performance. The maintenance of the Company’s assets was
                         subsequently consolidated under BMG, with the objective of achieving greater
                         efficiency through a larger volume of work and, consequently, more competitive
                         pricing for the Company.

                         Seiring dengan meningkatnya ketergantungan Perseroan terhadap BMG
                         sebagai penyedia jasa pemeliharaan aset, Perseroan kemudian memandang
                         perlu untuk memperoleh pengendalian atas BMG. Hal tersebut menjadi salah
                         satu pertimbangan utama Perseroan dalam melakukan pengambilalihan BMG.
                         As the Company became increasingly dependent on BMG for the maintenance
                         of its assets, the Company considered it important to obtain control over BMG.
                         This became one of the principal considerations underlying the acquisition of
                         BMG.

                        How does the Company anticipate and address the trend of rising interest rates
                        in order to maintain its investment-grade status and a healthy financial profile?

     Jawaban        :   Sebagai perusahaan infrastruktur, Perseroan memahami bahwa biaya bunga
     Answer             merupakan salah satu komponen biaya yang penting. Oleh karena itu,
                        Perseroan senantiasa berupaya memperoleh struktur pendanaan yang optimal
                        serta menjaga pemenuhan covenant dengan para kreditur, yang antara lain
                        diukur berdasarkan rasio net debt to EBITDA.
                        As an infrastructure company, the Company recognizes that interest expense is
                        one of its important cost components. Accordingly, the Company continuously
                        seeks to maintain an optimal funding structure while ensuring compliance with
                        its creditor covenants, which are measured, among others, by the net debt-to-
                        EBITDA ratio.

                        Perseroan juga menerapkan disiplin dalam pengelolaan belanja modal dan
                        biaya operasional guna menjaga covenant tersebut. Selain itu, Perseroan
                        secara aktif mengelola komposisi pinjamannya dengan menjaga kombinasi
                        yang optimal antara pinjaman dengan tingkat bunga tetap dan tingkat bunga
                        mengambang sehingga beban bunga Perseroan tetap dapat dikelola dengan
                        baik.
                        The Company also maintains discipline in managing its capital expenditures and
                        operating expenses in order to preserve compliance with such covenants. In
                        addition, the Company actively manages the composition of its borrowings by
                        maintaining an optimal mix between fixed-rate and floating-rate debt, thereby
                        enabling the Company to manage its interest expense prudently.

     Jawaban        :   Perseroan merespons perkembangan industri dengan terus memperkuat
     Answer             ekosistem infrastruktur digital yang terintegrasi melalui sembilan pilar bisnis
                        yang dimiliki. Dengan kombinasi aset dan kapabilitas yang mencakup antara lain
                        menara, fiber optic, anak usaha yang bergerak di bidang energi terbarukan dan
                        anak usaha yang bergerak di bidang layanan, Perseroan mempersiapkan
                        infrastrukturnya untuk menjadi AI-ready digital infrastructure node, sejalan
                        dengan perkembangan teknologi 5G dan artificial intelligence.
                        The Company responds to industry developments by continuing to strengthen
                        its integrated digital infrastructure ecosystem through its nine business pillars.
                        With a combination of assets and capabilities comprising, among others, towers,
                        fiber optic, a subsidiary engaged in the renewable energy sector and a

                        infrastructure to become an AI-ready digital infrastructure node, in line with the
                        development of 5G and artificial intelligence technologies.
