                  Arutmin Wins Prestigious Tamasya Award 2024

Jakarta, 28th November 2024

PT Arutmin Indonesia (Arutmin), PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (BUMI)’s subsidiary, wins
prestigious Tamasya Award 2024. The event was organized by Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources at Kartika Expo Center (Balai Kartini), Jakarta, on Tuesday (26/11). In this event,
Arutmin wins an award for Large Scale Coal Mining Enterprises category.

The trophy was received directly by Ido Hutabarat as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Arutmin
as well as one of BUMI’s Director and handed over by Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral
Resources, Yuliot Tanjung, and Director General of Mineral and Coal, Tri Winarmo. The
Tamasya Award assessment was carried out by a team of independent expert assessors, which
was divided into 13 assessors for coal commodities and 9 assessors for mineral commodities.

Tamasya Award is the spirit of the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, as the supervisor of
mining activities in Indonesia, to continue to strive for the mineral and coal sector to be utilized
as much as possible for the welfare of the community, especially those around mining operation
areas.

This year is the second year that the Tamasya Award has been held by the Directorate General of
Mineral and Coal as the Government's appreciation for business entities in the mineral and coal
mining sector that have carried out community development and empowerment (PPM) program.
In addition, through this award, the Government also appreciates the company's contribution to
educational, social, cultural activities, environmental sustainability, and economic improvement
around the mining location.

Arutmin is committed to keep improving empowerment programs that can provide long-term
benefits for the surrounding community.” said Ido Hutabarat.
