Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 25 November 2024, KAI telah menerbitkan
sebanyak 1.412.445 (satu juta empat ratus dua belas ribu
empat ratus empat puluh lima) saham baru dengan total
nominal sebesar Rp1.412.445.000.000,- (satu triliun empat
ratus dua belas miliar empat ratus empat puluh lima juta
Rupiah) atau setara dengan US$88.900.000 (delapan puluh
delapan juta sembilan ratus ribu Dolar Amerika Serikat) (untuk
selanjutnya disebut sebagai Saham Baru).
Saham Baru tersebut telah diambil bagian oleh Perseroan
sebanyak 176.556 (seratus tujuh puluh enam ribu lima ratus
lima puluh enam) saham dengan total nominal sebesar Rp176.
556.000.000,- (seratus tujuh puluh enam miliar lima ratus lima
puluh enam juta Rupiah) atau setara dengan US$11.112.500
(sebelas juta seratus dua belas ribu lima ratus Dolar Amerika
Serikat), dimana pemegang saham lainnya telah turut
mengambil bagian sesuai dengan porsi kepemilikannya
masing-masing atas penerbitan Saham Baru tersebut,
sehingga komposisi pemegang saham KAI menjadi sebagai
berikut:

Description of Material Information or On November 25, 2024, KAI has issued 1,412,445 (one million
Facts four hundred twelve thousand four hundred forty five) new
shares with a total amount of Rp1,412,445,000,000.- (one
trillion four hundred twelve billion four hundred forty five million
Rupiah) or equivalent to US$88,900,000 (eighty eight million
nine hundred thousand United States Dollars) (hereinafter will
be referred to as New Shares).
The New Shares issued has been subscribed by the Company
in the amount of 176,556 (one hundred seventy six thousand
five hundred fifty six) shares with a total nominal value of
Rp176,556,000,000.- (one hundred seventy six billion five
hundred fifty six million Rupiah) or equivalent to
US$11,112,500 (eleven million one hundred twelve thousand
five hundred United States Dollars), where the other
shareholders have followed the rights to take part in the
issuance of the New Shares, thus the shareholder structure of
KAI thereafter became as follows:
