Net Zero Emissions (NZE) dan saat ini belum memiliki peraturan atau dokumen internal terkait hal tersebut.
Meskipun demikian, Perseroan memiliki komitmen kuat dalam mendukung target NZE 2060 Indonesia dan
terus mengeksplorasi berbagai inisiatif untuk berkontribusi dalam pengurangan emisi di masa depan.
Namun, hingga saat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki sistem manajemen khusus untuk mengawasi
pengendalian iklim.

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.
Penjelasan:
Terkait metrik ESG, Perseroan belum menetapkan target khusus atau tahun pencapaian untuk pengurangan Net
Zero Emissions (NZE) dan saat ini belum memiliki peraturan atau dokumen internal terkait hal tersebut.
Meskipun demikian, Perseroan memiliki komitmen kuat dalam mendukung target NZE 2060 Indonesia dan terus
mengeksplorasi berbagai inisiatif untuk berkontribusi dalam pengurangan emisi di masa depan. Namun, hingga
saat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki sistem manajemen khusus untuk mengawasi pengendalian iklim.

Perseroan berkomitmen untuk menjalankan program Tanggung Jawab Sosial atau Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) sebagai bentuk investasi untuk keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang,
dengan tujuan untuk berkembang bersama pemirsa dan masyarakat. Bagi Perseroan, pelaksanaan program
CSR merupakan bentuk apresiasi terhadap kontribusi dan dukungan pemirsa serta masyarakat terhadap
perkembangan usaha. Grup VIVA berkomitmen untuk menjaga kinerja perusahaan secara berkelanjutan,
dengan fokus tidak hanya pada pencapaian keuntungan (profit), tetapi juga pada kepentingan
pembangunan manusia (people) dan lingkungan (planet). Ini mencerminkan peran aktif Perseroan dalam
mendukung pelaksanaan pembangunan yang harmonis bagi lingkungan, karyawan, masyarakat, maupun
pemirsa. Program CSR Perseroan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang seimbang antara kinerja
ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Adapun area fokus utama dari program CSR ini mencakup kesehatan,
kemasyarakatan, pendidikan, dan darurat bencana, yang semuanya bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak
positif dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Pada tahun 2025, program CSR
Perseroan dilaksanakan oleh unit usaha yaitu ANTV dan tvOne. Program CSR ANTV mencapai Rp85 juta
, sedangkan program CSR tvOne mencapai Rp135.520.000.

Sebagai sebuah perusahaan terbuka, Perseroan menyusun kode etik guna meningkatkan penerapan tata
kelola perusahaan yang baik sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
21/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan Terbuka.
Perseroan sudah memiliki kebijakan anti korupsi yang diatur dalam Kode Etik Perseroan. Di samping itu,
melalui penerapan WBS juga dimaksudkan untuk mencegah dan melaporkan adanya Tindakan
penyuapan/gratifikasi. Kode Etik dan penerapan WBS diharapkan menjadi fondasi untuk pencegahan tindak
pidana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh segenap insan Perseroan. Perseroan menganggap penting kebijakan
anti korupsi karena bermanfaat untuk memastikan agar kegiatan usaha perusahaan terbuka dilakukan
secara legal, prudent, dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola yang baik.
