Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 22 November 2024, Perseroan, melalui PT
Indika Logistic & Support Services ("ILSS") dan PT Interport
Mandiri Utama ("IMU"), telah membentuk satu anak usaha
baru yaitu PT Interport Sarana Infrastruktur Indonesia ("ISII"),
sesuai dengan akta No. 26 tanggal 22 November 2024 yang
dibuat oleh Notaris Ungke Mulawanti, S.H., M.Kn Notaris di
Jakarta, dan yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari
Kementerian Hukum No. AHU-0093096.AH.01.01.Tahun 2024
tanggal 22 November 2024.
ISII akan melakukan kegiatan usaha di bidang (i) Aktivitas
Profesional, Ilmiah, dan Teknis; (ii) Perdagangan Besar dan
Eceran, Reparasi, dan Perawatan Mobil dan Sepeda Motor;
dan (iii) Pengangkutan dan Pergudangan.
Keterangan mengenai struktur kepemilikan modal ISII adalah
sebagai berikut:
ILSS Rp 999.000.000,- 99,9%
IMU Rp1.000.000,- 0,1%
Total Rp 1.000.000.000,- 100%
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian ISII merupakan kelanjutan langkah Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan secara grup untuk melakukan ekspansi usaha di sektor
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, logistik.

Perusahaan Publik Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa Transaksi dilakukan sesuai
dengan strategi bisnis diversifikasi Perseroan serta untuk

Interport Sarana Infrastruktur Indonesia ("ISII"), based on deed
No.26 dated 22 November 2024 made by Ungke Mulawanti, S.
H., M.Kn Notary in Jakarta with Ministry of Law approval No.
AHU-0093096.AH.01.01.Tahun 2024 dated 22 November
2024.
ISII will carry out business activities in the fields of (i)
Professional, Scientific, and Technical Activities; (ii) Wholesale
and Retail Trading, Reparation, and Maintenance of Cars and
Motorcycles; and (iii) Transportation and Warehousing.
Details of the shareholding structure of ISII are as follows:
