Perjanjian Perubahan Terhadap Perjanjian Pinjaman
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 22 November 2024, Perseroan telah melakukan
amendemen atas Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit tertanggal 01
Desember 2023 (Perjanjian Kredit) dengan menandatangani
Perjanjian Perubahan Terhadap Perjanjian Kredit dengan PT
KB Bank Bukopin (Bank Bukopin)
Perubahan yang dilakukan adalah antara lain, untuk:
- Mengubah jumlah fasilitas pinjaman yang sebelumnya
adalah Rp. 160.000.000.000 (seratus enam puluh Miliar
Rupiah) menjadi Rp. 140.000.000.000 (seratus empat puluh
Miliar Rupiah), dikarenakan Perseroan telah membayar
fasilitas pinjaman sebesar Rp. 20.000.000.000 (dua puluh
Miliar Rupiah) dan
- Memperpanjang jatuh tempo atas Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit
selama 1 tahun sampai dengan 05 Desember 2025.
Dokumen jaminan untuk perolehan fasilitas pinjaman ini
adalah Corporate Guarantee dari CJ CGV Co. Ltd (CJ CGV)
selaku pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan secara tidak
langsung.
Tujuan dari pinjaman ini adalah untuk pengambilalihan hutang
(take over loan) dari The Export Import Bank of Korea
(KEXIM).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang material yang merugikan terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas kejadian tersebut diatas.

Description of Material Information or On November 22, 2024 the Company has amended the Loan
Facts Facility Agreement dated 01 December 2023 (Loan
Agreement) by signing an Amendment Loan Facility with PT
KB Bank Bukopin Tbk (Bank Bukopin)
The changes made are among others to :
- Changes the loan facility amount which previously was Rp.
160.000.000.000 (one hundred sixty Billion Rupiah) to Rp.
140.000.000.000 (one hundred forty Billion Rupiah), because
the company has paid the loan facility amounting to Rp.
20.000.000.000 (twenty Billion Rupiah); and
- Extended the maturity of the Loan Facility Agreement for 1
years until 05 December 2025.
Guarantee document for obtaining facility of the Agreement is
a Corporate Guarantee provided by CJ CGV Co., Ltd (CJ
CGV) as the controlling shareholders of the company
indirectly. The sole purpose of the loan facility for used among
others, to take over existing loan (take over loan) from the
Export Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM).
