22 November 2024, yang dibuat oleh dan antara Perseroan
dan PT KB Bank Bukopin Tbk (KB Bukopin) (Perjanjian
Perubahan Kedua) yang mengubah perjanjian pinjaman
sebesar Rp. 90.000.000.000 (sembilan puluh Miliar Rupiah)
tertanggal 24 November 2022 (Perjanjian Pinjaman) dan
perjanjian perubahan pertama tertanggal 23 November 2023
(Perjanjian Perubahan Pertama)
Maka Perseroan dan KB Bukopin melakukan perubahan yang
diantaranya adalah untuk :
- Memperpanjang jatuh tempo atas Perjanjian Pinjaman
selama 1 tahun sampai dengan tanggal 25 November 2025
Dokumen jaminan untuk perolehan fasilitas pinjaman ini
adalah Standby Letter of Credit dari CJ CGV Co., Ltd (CJ
CGV) selaku pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan secara
tidak langsung.
Tujuan dari pinjaman ini adalah untuk membiayai kebutuhan
modal kerja Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang material yang merugikan terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas kejadian tersebut diatas.

Description of Material Information or In relation to Second Amendment Agreement dated November
Facts 22, 2024 made by and between the Company and PT KB
Bank Bukopin Tbk (KB Bukopin) (the Second Agreement)
which amends the Rp. 90.000.000.000 (ninety billion Rupiah)
loan agreement dated 24 November 2022 (the Loan
Agreement) and as amendment by the First Amendment
agreement dated 23 November 2023 (the First Amendment
Agreement)
Therefore the Company and KB Bukopin made changes,
including, among others to :
- Extended the maturity of the Loan Facility Agreement for 1
year until 25 November 2025
Guarantee document for obtaining this loan facility is a standby
Letter of Credit provided by CJ CGV Co., Ltd (CJ CGV) as the
controlling shareholders of the Company Indirectly
The purpose of this loan is to fund the Company's working
capital needs.
