sampaikan bahwa Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan
Berkelanjutan I Bank Mandiri Tahap I Tahun 2023 Seri A
dengan pokok sebesar Rp1.950.000.000.000,- (satu triliun
sembilan ratus lima puluh miliar Rupiah) akan jatuh tempo
pada tanggal 4 Juli 2026.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan telah
menyiapkan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi Berwawasan
Lingkungan Berkelanjutan I Bank Mandiri Tahap I Tahun 2023
Seri A dengan pokok sebesar Rp1.950.000.000.000,- (satu
triliun sembilan ratus lima puluh miliar Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts Mandiri Sustainable Environmentally Friendly Bonds I, Phase I,
2023, Series A, with a principal amount of
Rp1,950,000,000,000 (one trillion nine hundred and fifty billion
Rupiah) will mature on July 4, 2026.
In this regard, the Company has allocated funds for the
principal payment of the Bank Mandiri Sustainable
Environmentally Friendly Bonds I, Phase I, 2023, Series A,
with a principal amount of Rp1,950,000,000,000 (one trillion
nine hundred and fifty billion Rupiah).
