Lestari Tahun 2025, sesuai dengan rencana penggunaan dana obligasi. Pinjaman ini dikenakan bunga sebesar 8,85%
per tahun, dengan jangka waktu 370 hari sejak tanggal perjanjian pinjaman.

The transaction constitutes an increase in the loan facility by IDR 13,200,000,000,- from the previous IDR
67,000,000,000,- to IDR 80,200,000,000,- provided by DAAZ to PT Bara Makmur Dwitama for working capital to
purchase coal. The loan funds are from the proceeds of the issuance of Obligasi I Daaz Bara Lestari Tahun 2025, in
accordance with the planned use of bond proceeds. The loan bears interest at 8.85% per annum and has a tenor of 370
days from the date of the loan agreement.
