ini Perseroan melaporkan telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mengenai Pencabutan Izin
Pembentukan Unit Syariah PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk melalui
Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor KEP-642/PD.02.2024 tertanggal 7
November 2024. Dengan dicabutnya izin pembentukan unit
syariah PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk dilarang melakukan kegiatan
usaha di bidang asuransi umum dengan prinsip syariah.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan

Description of Material Information or In order to comply with Financial Services Authority Regulation
Facts Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies,
the Company hereby reports that it has obtained approval from
the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the
Revocation of the Sharia Unit Establishment Permit of PT
Asuransi Bintang Tbk through the Decree of the Members of
the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services
Authority Number KEP-642/PD.02.2024 dated November 7,
2024. With the revocation of the sharia unit establishment
permit, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk is prohibited from carrying out
business activities in the general insurance sector with sharia
principles.
