Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna (Tirta), entitas anak Perseroan
dengan kepemilikan saham 99,99% telah menyetujui untuk
melaksanakan pembagian dividen interim yang diambil dari
laba tahun berjalan tahun 2024 kepada para pemegang
saham Tirta berdasarkan Keputusan Tertulis Direksi Sebagai
Pengganti Rapat Direksi Tirta tertanggal 18 November 2024,
yang telah mendapat persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Tirta
tertanggal 18 November 2024. Perseroan sebagai pemegang
saham Tirta akan menerima dividen interim sebesar
Rp99.999.929.387,- paling lambat pada tanggal 11 Desember

Description of Material Information or PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna (Tirta), a subsidiary of the
Facts Company with 99.99% share ownership, has agreed to
distribute interim dividends taken from the current year's profit
for 2024 to Tirta's shareholders based on the Written
Resolution of the Board of Directors in Lieu of the Board of
Directors Meeting of Tirta dated November 18, 2024, which
has been obtained approval from the Board of Commissioners
of Tirta dated November 18, 2024. The Company as a
shareholder of Tirta will receive interim dividends of
Rp99,999,929,387.- no later than December 11, 2024.
