Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna (“Tirta”), entitas — anak Perseroan — dengan kepemilikan saham 99,996 telah menyetujui untuk melaksanakan pembagian dividen interim yang diambil dari laba tahun berjalan tahun 2024 kepada para pemegang saham Tirta berdasarkan Keputusan Tertulis Direksi Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi Tirta tertanggal 18 November 2024, yang telah mendapat persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Tirta tertanggal 18 November 2024. Perseroan sebagai pemegang saham Tirta akan menerima dividen interim sebesar Rp99.999.929.387,- paling lambat pada tanggal 11 Desember 2024. 4. Dampak Kejadian, Informasi atau Fakta Material Tersebut Terhadap Kegiatan — Operasional, Hukum, Kondisi Keuangan atau Kelangsungan Usaha Perseroan: Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan. I. Date of Event: November 18, 2024. 2. Type of Information or Material Fact: Income in the form of interim dividends Jrom a subsidiary. 3. Description of Information or Material Fact: PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna (“Tirta”), a subsidiary of the Company with 999946 share ownership, has agreed to distribute interim dividends taken from the current year's profit for 2024 to Tirta's Shareholders based on the Written Resolution of the Board of Directors in Lieu of the Board of Directors Meeting of Tirta dated November 18, 2024, which has been obtained approval from the Board of Commissioners of Tirta dated November 18, 2024. The Company as ad shareholder of Tirta will receive interim dividends of Rp99, 999,929, 387.- no later than December 11, 2024. 4. The Impact of the Incident, the Information or Material Fact to the Activities of Operational, Legal, Financial Condition or Business Continuity of the Company: There is no material impact of the incident, the information or material fact to the activities of operational, legal or financial condition or the business continuity of the Company.
