Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Golden Plantation, Tbk menerima copy surat No
018/PLO/PKPU-PAH/VII/2024 tertanggal 18 Juli 2024 dari
Pandawa Law Office selaku Tim Kurator PT Persada Alam
Hijau (dalam Pailit) pada tanggal 24 Juli 2024.
Melalui surat tersebut, Emiten mengetahui bahwa anak usaha
PT Persada Alam Hijau (PAH) telah diputus pailit berdasarkan
Putusan Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Pusat No. 95/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Psttanggal 15
Juli 2024.
Sebelum diterimanya surat tersebut, Emiten tidak menerima
informasi mengenai proses PKPU tersebut karena
pemberitahuan putusan PKPU dikirim Tim Kurator ke alamat
yang salah sehingga anak usaha Emiten tidak mengetahui
adanya permohonan PKPU kepada anak usaha Emiten.
Emiten berusaha untuk mengumpulkan data terkait dengan
pengumuman PKPU anak usaha tersebut dan berusaha untuk
berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk mengurangi
dampak semaksimal mungkin pada Emiten, kemudian Emiten
sudah melakukan beberapa upaya termasuk anak usaha
Emiten meminta waktu perdamaian untuk menyelamatkan
anak usaha namun kreditur pemohon menolak dan Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Pusat tetap memutus Pailit anak usaha Emiten.
Selanjutnya proses pengurusan pailit PAH akan dilaksanakan
oleh tim kurator PAH yang beralamat di Epiwalk 6th Floor,
Suite B.633, Komplek Rasuna Epicentrum Jl. H.R. Rasuna
Said, Karet Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan dengan No Telp 021-
50420065 dengan email pkpuptpah@gmail.com.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta PAH merupakan entitas anak yang dimiliki oleh Emiten,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sehingga dengan status pailit ini akan berdampak langsung
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pada kondisi Keuangan Emiten. Namun demikian PT Jom
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Prawarsa Indonesia selaku pemegang saham utama Emiten,
Perusahaan Publik akan terus menyokong kelangsungan usaha Emiten.

PKPU results of the Issuer's subsidiaries
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or PT Golden Plantation,Tbk received a copy of letter No.
Facts 018/PLO/PKPU-PAH/VII/2024 dated 18 July 2024 from
Pandawa Law Office as the Curator Team of PT Persada Alam
Hijau (in Bankruptcy) on 24 July 2024.
Through this letter, the Issuer learned that its subsidiary PT
Persada Alam Hijau (PAH) had been declared bankrupt based
on the Commercial Court Decision at the Central Jakarta
District Court No. 95/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst
dated July 15 2024.
Prior to receiving the letter, the Issuer did not receive
information regarding the PKPU process because notification
of the PKPU decision was sent by the Curator Team to the
wrong address so that the Issuer's subsidiaries were not aware
of the existence of a PKPU application to the Issuer's
subsidiaries.
The Issuer is trying to collect data related to the
announcement of the subsidiary's PKPU and trying to
coordinate with various parties to reduce the impact as much
as possible on the Issuer, then the Issuer has made several
efforts including the Issuer's subsidiary asking for reconciliation
time to save the subsidiary but the applicant's creditors refused
and the Court of The Central Jakarta District continues to
declare Bankruptcy of the Issuer's subsidiaries.
Furthermore, the PAH bankruptcy processing process will be
carried out by the PAH curator team located at Epiwalk 6th
Floor, Suite B.633, Komplek Rasuna Epicentrum Jl. H.R.
Rasuna Said, Karet Kuningan, South Jakarta with Tel No. 021-
50420065 with email pkpuptpah@gmail.com.

Impact of event, material information or PAH is a subsidiary owned by the Issuer, so this bankruptcy
facts towards Issuers or Public status will have a direct impact on the Issuer's financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition. However, PT Jom Prawarsa Indonesia, as the main
financial condition, or going concern shareholder of the Issuer, will continue to support the
continuity of the Issuer's business.
