Disclosure of Information Regarding the Cancellation of the
Planned Limited Review of PT Soho Global Health Tbk 's
Financial Statements for the First Quarter of 2026 (the
“Company”)
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Merujuk pada informasi yang telah disampaikan Perseroan
Material/ Description of melalui SPE OJK-IDX (Form E091) pada tanggal 28 April
Material Fact of Information 2026 mengenai rencana pelaksanaan penelaahan terbatas
(limited review) atas Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan
untuk periode yang berakhir pada 31 Maret 2026 (Laporan
Keuangan Kuartal I Tahun 2026), Perseroan dengan ini
menginformasikan bahwa Perseroan memutuskan untuk tidak
melanjutkan rencana penelaahan terbatas (limited review)
tersebut.
Keputusan tersebut diambil berdasarkan hasil evaluasi
internal manajemen Perseroan dengan mempertimbangkan
kebutuhan pelaporan Perseroan serta efisiensi proses
pelaporan keuangan, dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di bidang pasar
modal.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan telah
menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan untuk
periode yang berakhir pada 31 Maret 2026 (Laporan
Keuangan Kuartal I Tahun 2026) yang tidak diaudit melalui
pelaporan XBRL pada tanggal 18 Mei 2026./
With reference to the information previously submitted by the
Company through the OJK-IDX SPE system (Form E091) on
28 April 2026 regarding the planned limited review of the
Company’s Interim Financial Statements for the period ended
31 March 2026 (the First Quarter 2026 Financial
Statements), the Company hereby informs that it has decided
not to proceed with such limited review.
The decision was made following the Company’s

management’s internal evaluation, taking into consideration
the Company’s reporting requirements and the efficiency of
the financial reporting process, while continuing to comply
with the applicable laws and regulations in the capital market
sector.
In connection with the above, the Company has submitted its
unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the period ended
31 March 2026 (the First Quarter 2026 Financial Statements)
through the XBRL reporting system on 18 May 2026.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi Pembatalan rencana penelaahan terbatas (limited review) atas
atau fakta material tersebut Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan untuk periode yang
terhadap kegiatan berakhir pada 31 Maret 2026 (Laporan Keuangan Kuartal I
