KEP-297/WPJ.07/2024 dan KEP-44/MK3/WPJ.04/2024
tentang Pemberian Izin Menyelenggarakan Pembukuan
Dengan Menggunakan
Bahasa Inggris dan Satuan Mata Uang Dollar Amerika Serikat,
yang dikeluarkan masing-masing untuk PT Golden Eagle
Energy Tbk dan PT Triaryani (kepemilikan tidak langsung),
maka berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Keuangan tersebut
terdapat perubahan penggunaan mata uang dalam penyajian
laporan keuangan yang akan berlaku mulai tanggal 1 Januari
2025
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang negatif atau material atas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dilakukannya perubahan penggunaan mata uang pelaporan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan terhadap kegiatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
Perusahaan Publik usaha Perseroan

issued to PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk and PT Triaryani
(indirect ownership) respectively, based on the Decree of the
Minister of Finance, there is a change in the use of currency in
the presentation of financial statements which will take effect
from January 1, 2025
Impact of event, material information or The change in the use of reporting currency in the Companys
facts towards Issuers or Public Financial Statements has no negative or material impact on
Company’s operational activities, legal, the operational, legal, financial condition or business continuity
financial condition, or going concern of the Company
