Operation Highlight –
Fuel Optimization, OTP & Utilization
Utilization is increasing 7.4% in YTD SEP 24 compared to FY 2023 from 08:50 to 09:29 and OTP is decreasing from 87.27% to 82.78%. In the
operational line, the implementation of fuel optimization is carried out through initiatives such as optimal alternate airport planning, single-engine taxi-in,
APU usage reduction, tankering, cost index, discretionary fuel, route optimization, and CGK runway optimization.
