                                            Kegiatan Usaha (POJK 42), karena nilai transaksi tidak lebih
                                            dari 20% nilai Ekuitas Perseroan (berdasarkan nilai yang
                                            tercantum dalam Laporan Keuangan Teraudit Perseroan untuk
                                            tahun buku 2023);

                                            3.      Pembelian Kapal dilakukan untuk pengembangan
                                            usaha unit usaha Perseroan.

                                              Disclosure of Information of Vessel Purchase
 Type of Material Information or Facts

 Description of Material Information or       Purchase of 1 (one) oil tanker vessel named MT Anargya I,
 Facts                                        with an acquisition value of Rp65,536,000,000.00 (sixty five
                                              billion five hundred thirty six million rupiah).

                                              The source of funding for the purchase of the Ship is from the
                                              Bank and internal cash.

                                              The seller of the Vessel is PT Maritim Indo Trans, a company
                                              established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and
                                              domiciled in Cilegon City, not an affiliate of the Company.

                                              The buyer of the Vessel, Matrako, is a business unit entity of
                                              the Company with indirect ownership through PT PCS
                                              International (PCSI), where as much as 99.99% (ninety nine
                                              point nine nine nine percent) of PCSI shares are owned by the
                                              Company.
 Impact of event, material information or     1. The Transaction is not an Affiliated Transaction as defined

                                              a Material Transaction, as defined in the Financial Services
                                              Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning
                                              Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities
                                              (POJK 42) because the transaction value is not more than
                                              20% of the Company's Equity value (based on the value stated
                                              in the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the 2023
                                              financial year);

                                              3. Purchase of Vessel is carried out for the development of the
                                              Company's business unit.
