4. Penjual dari Kapal tersebut adalah PT Maritim

Indo Trans, sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan
berdasarkan hukum negara Republik Indonesia
dan berdomisili di Kota Cilegon, bukan
merupakan afiliasi dari Perseroan,

of Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in

5. Pembeli atas Kapal yaitu Matrako merupakan
entitas unit usaha Perseroan dengan kepemilikan
secara tidak langsung melalui PT PCS
Internasional (“PCSIP”), dimana sebanyak

sembilan sembilan persen) saham PCSI dimiliki
oleh Perseroan,

Company's Audited Financial Statements for the
