Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Impact of the event, information, or material fact on the operational activities, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity of On June 10, 2026, the Company entered into a Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Bank BRI”), with the following details: 1. Objek dan Nilai Transaksi/Object and Value of the Transaction Berdasarkan Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit, Bank BRI memberikan fasilitas kredit kepada Perseroan dengan jumlah maksimal sebesar Rp8.995.400.000.000,- (delapan triliun sembilan ratus sembilan puluh lima miliar empat ratus juta Rupiah). Tujuan dari fasilitas kredit ini digunakan untuk modal kerja dan/atau operasional Perseroan dengan jangka waktu plafond kredit selama 24 (dua puluh empat) bulan terhitung sejak tanggal penandatanganan Perjanjian Fasilitas. Pursuant to the Credit Facility Agreement, Bank BRI has granted a credit facility to the Company in a maximum amount of Rp8,995,400,000,000 (eight trillion nine hundred ninety-five billion four hundred million Rupiah). The purpose of this credit facility is to finance the Company's working capital and/or operations, with a credit facility period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signing of the Facility Agreement. . Pihak-pihak dalam Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit/Parties to the Credit Facility Agreement (1) Perseroan, dan (2) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, suatu perseroan yang didirikan dan tunduk berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia. Tidak ada hubungan afiliasi antara Perseroan dengan Bank BRI. (1) the Company, and (2) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, a company established under and subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. There is no affiliated relationship between the Company and Bank BRI. Pelaksanaan atas Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit tersebut tidak memiliki dampak negatif yang material yang merugikan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. The execution of the Credit Facility Agreement does not have any material adverse impact on the Company's operational activities, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity.
