3. SUMMARY OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
    a. Question :
Is there a strategy for Bank Jatim to focus on increasing non-organic growth considering
that its own organic growth is already quite good ?

     Answer :
In the last 4 (four) years, Bank Jatim has been able to overcome both external and
internal dynamics such as geopolitical issues, then Covid which has weakened various
sectors, then also internal such as the Presidential Election, Regional Elections and so
on. This shows that Bank Jatim's performance is able to adapt to change. In
transformation, one way we do not only grow linearly is to grow organically, because
of competitors. Bank Jatim also grows more exponentially which is also supported by
Page 2
advances in information technology by innovating products and services that will not
only grow but will also be able to become a comprehensive bank and be able to capture
the potential of the productive sector in East Java. Non-organically, such as this KUB
corporate action, there are many benefits such as becoming a partner to meet the
minimum capital from the side of Bank Jatim, its assets will grow exponentially and will
receive dividends and there are several collaborations in business both in terms of
payment systems and maximizing business potential in each region.

b. Question :
  1. How does BJTM integrate the KUB that has just been obtained into existing
businesses, opportunities and challenges that are currently being faced and will be
     faced ?
  2. How can the formation of KUB together with BEKS respond to the opportunities
     and opportunities available ?

Answer :
 1. This KUB is a policy from the new OJK which will obtain a new paradigm in which
there is an element of holding, for several BPD partners which of course will affect
several long-term strategic matters. From the internal side, it increases the capacity
and capability of HR. The benefits of KUB will provide mutual benefits and
    collaborate in advanced synergies.
 2. BEKS has now changed into a BUMD with its ownership owned by Banten Province,
which will later be able to explore the economic potential of the Banten region. BEKS
is also a public company so it also requires considerations regarding Capital Market
policies. Apart from being a pretty good opportunity, Bank Jatim also continues to
    consider and mitigate long-term risks.

c. Question :
Does Bank Jatim provide a lot of credit to MSMEs, farmers and fishermen, what impact
does this have on financial reports?
   Answer :
Currently, the credit that has been distributed to farmers and fishermen is 3.8 trillion
and the NPL is still maintained or 0.5%.

d. Question :
  1. As net profit decreases by 5% as of September 2024, will BJTM's dividend per share
     next year continue to increase?
  2. What is the outlook for performance in the 4th quarter, and what are the driving
     factors?
  3. Is there guidance for credit growth, gross NPL and CoC Full year 2024?
  Answer :
  1. For this Dividend is in line with RBB and indeed always grows but will still be
adjusted to the dividend payout ratio policy of approximately 50% (fifty percent).
  2. The biggest driving factor for credit growth is consumer credit, in the third quarter,
Bank Jatim credit grew significantly by 8.82% and was in line with expectations
below 70%. Yoy with NPL of 2.14%
  3. For Guidance, credit growth was 18% Yoy, Gross NPL 2.4% Yoy and CoC at 1.5%

e. Question :

How does Bank Jatim management ensure sustainable internal growth, especially in
terms of increasing employee competency and adapting to existing market changes?
    Answer :
In this case, of course, Bank Jatim ensures that Learning and Growth is important
internally so that it remains agile to change. From a human capital perspective, it is
necessary to increase its competency capabilities which also involve external parties in
the short or long term. Bank Jatim also carries out pro hire to face competitors. In
addition, we build rewards and punishments and for engagement, Bank Jatim also
builds a Work Life Balance culture for workers.

f. Question :
How can Bank Jatim's efforts help regional MSMEs so that they can develop their
businesses which often experience obstacles related to capital?
  Answer :
Bank Jatim has 3 (three) main pillars in business, the first is the regional government
ecosystem which is a captive market. Currently our target is technology development,
both MSMEs which are the strength of the consumer side by collaborating in synergy
with trade departments, cooperatives, agriculture and so on.

g. Question :
Is there a specific plan regarding the schedule for the spin-off of the sharia business
unit? Apart from that, will the results of the regional elections which will be held in a
few weeks have a significant impact on the company's operational performance?
  Answer :
When a General Bank will have a Sharia Business Unit, it must have at least 50 (fifty)%
assets, so it is not possible at this time. Furthermore, to increase the growth of Sharia
business, it is not always a spin off, and currently UUS growth is good enough for a
consolidated contribution. Of course, in the future there will be collaboration with
NTB Syariah as a member of KUB Bank Jatim. Related to the impact of the election
results, the new government may have policies that are the same or different. As a
BUMD, Bank Jatim supports local governments by collaborating and aligning policies.

h. Question :
In my opinion, there are several reasons why young people tend to be more interested
in using public banks compared to East Java banks, one of which is that we consider
that East Java Bank has a main focus on financing services for civil servant salaries and
managing regional funds. The question is how is East Java Bank's effort to utilize young
people? Is this so you can get to know Bank Jatim better?
   Answer :
Currently, 80% of Bank Jatim workers are young millennials. It can be seen from Bank
Jatim's social media that it can be seen during Work Life Balance activities as a forum
for Jatimers (Bank Jatim workers) to develop skills such as arts and sports outside of
work. Bank Jatim is currently not only ASN as the core, but young people are currently
a concern, such as the Jconnect feature which is designed to follow youth trends, and
there are several Bank Jatim events for teenagers.

   i. Question :
Bank Jatim talks about KUB, with the consequences of consolidation, so with the
performance of DPK which relies on regional government funds, it does not rule out
the possibility that if the banks under it experience liquidity difficulties, Bank Jatim
must be able to close both the maturity gap, the interest gap and the duration gap.
What concrete steps does Bank Jatim want to take so that in the future it does not
      experience unmanageable interest costs?
      Answer :
BPDs that have strong capital are asked to collaborate with BPDs that still need
additional capital to increase their business scale. Partners who have KUB with Bank
Jatim are not having liquidity difficulties, but to meet regulatory requirements.
Currently Bank Jatim is in the process of increasing capacity by using third party
services. Therefore, currently capital is being strengthened in its business in
accordance with the five transformation pillars to measure capacity and capability.
