ANTAM Distribute s Dividen ds of Rp 5.04 Trillion, Record s the Highest
Performance in the Company History
Jakarta, June 10, 2026 – PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk or ANTAM held Annual General Meeting of
Shareholder for Financial Year 2025 (“ AGMS 2025 ”) in Jakarta. At the AGMS 2025, shareholders
approved including the allocation of the Company’s net profit, changes in the composition of
management, as well as the Company’s plan to undertake the Government’s special assignments in
order to accelerate nickel downstreaming and the development of the national electric vehicle
battery ecosystem.
As part of the Company’s commitment to creating added value for shareholders, the AGMS 2025
approved the distribution of dividends amounting to Rp 5.04 trillion or 70% of the net profit
attributable to the owners of the parent of the Company . Meanwhile, Rp2.16 trillion or 30% was
allocated as retained earnings to support business development, strengthen business
fundamentals, and finance the implementation of the Company’s various strategic projects going
forward.
The dividend distribution decision was supported by ANTAM’s operational and financial
performance, which recorded the highest performance in the Company’s history. In 2025, ANTAM
recorded revenue of Rp84.64 trillion, an increase of 22% compared to the previous year. The
Company also recorded profit for the year of Rp7.92 trillion, significant growth of 106% compared
to the 2024 performance.
These achievements were accomplished amid global challenges marked by commodity price
volatility, macroeconomic uncertainty, and regulatory dynamics. The Company’s positive
performance was driven by portfolio optimization, improved operational performance, effective
cost management, and strengthened execution of a focused business strategy to create sustainable
added value.
ANTAM also continues to strengthen its long -term growth foundations through the development
of various downstream projects and mineral value chain integration. This step is aligned with the
national development agenda, particularly the fifth Asta Cita, whi ch focuses on downstreaming and
the industrialization of natural resources to increase domestic value added and strengthen the
competitiveness of the national industry.
ANTAM President Director , Untung Budiharto said that 2025 marked a significant milestone
in the Company’s development.

the resilience of the Company’s business fundamentals, the effective execution of its strategies, and the commitment of all ANTAM personnel in optimizing mineral resource potential to generate sus tainable value for stakeholders,” Untung Said. Furthermore, Untung stated that the Company will continue to strengthen its business fundamentals, improve operational efficiency, enhance the implementation of good corporate governance, and integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its corporate strate gy in order to support sustainable growth and long -term competitiveness. In the AGMS 2025, shareholders also approved the Company’s plan to accept a special assignment from the Government in order to accelerate the nickel downstreaming program and the development of the national electric vehicle battery ecosystem. The assignment comprises the development of an integrated nickel -based battery ecosystem from upstream to downstream activities, including mining, development of RKEF/RKSBF plants, HPAL facilities, refineries, precursor and cathode production, battery cell manufacturing, as well as battery recycling facilities. The development of this ecosystem is expected to enhance the value added of national mineral resources, diversify the Company’s revenue streams, strengthen long -term business resilience, and support sustainable growth for stakeholders. The assignment will be implemented through cooperation between ANTAM and PT Industri Baterai Indonesia (I BI) with HYD Investment Limited, a consortium consisting of Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd., EVE Energy Co., Ltd., and PT Daaz Bara Lestari Tbk. as strategic partners in the development of an integrated electric vehicle battery ecosystem in Indonesia. “In line with the national development agenda, the Company will continue to strengthen its downstream business development and mineral value chain integration. Through the implementation of integrated strategic projects, the Company aims to increase value ad ded, support the strengthening of national industrial independence, and enhance Indonesia’s posi tion in the global supply chain,” Untung said. The AGMS 2025 also approved changes to the Company’s management composition . Shareholders ratified the honorable dismissal of Mr. M. Rudy Salahuddin Ramto as Commissioner of the Company, effective as of December 19, 2025 , and Mr. I Dewa Wirantaya as Director of Business Development effective upon the closing of the Meeting. In addition, AGMS 2025 honorably dismissed Mr. Arianto Sabtonugroho Rudjito as Director of Finance and Risk Management. In addition, the shareholders also approved changes to the nomenclature of positions within the Company’s Board of Directors. At the AGMS 2025, the shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Aryanto Wibowo as
Commissioner. The shareholders also appointed Mr. I Dewa Wirantaya as Director of Downstream
Strategy and Downstream Operations, and M rs. Arini Kasmira as Director of Finance and Risk
Management.
Meanwhile, there were changes in the assignments of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr.
Hartono, previously Director of Operations and Production, was reassigned as Director of Mineral
Resource Management. M rs. Ratih Dewihandajani, previously Director of Human Resources, was a
reassigned as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Transformation. Mr. Handi Sutanto,
previously Director of Commercial, was reassigned as Director of Corporate Strategy, Business
Development, and Commercial.
The Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of ANTAM express their appreciation and
gratitude to Mr. M. Rudy Salahuddin Ramto and Mr. Arianto Sabtonugroho Rudjito, as well as all
management members who have completed their tenure, for their dedic ation, contributions, and
support to the advancement of the Company.
The Board of Directors of ANTAM also extends its appreciation to the Board of Commissioners for
their strategic direction, advisory, and constructive supervisory functions throughout 2025, as well
as to shareholders, customers, business partners, regulators, and all stakeholders for their continued
trust and collaboration. Special appreciation is also extended to all ANTAM employee for their
dedication, integrity, and professionalism in carrying out their duties while upholding the AKHLAK
core values as the main foundation of the Company’s success and sustainability.
