Announcement of Cash Dividend Distribution to Shareholders
PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (the "Company")
Fiscal Year 2025
In accordance with the decision of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)
which was held on June 9, 2026, it has been agreed that the Company will distribute cash dividends
from the net profit for the 2025 financial year with the amount of distributed profit amounting to Rp.
16,802,490,096,- (sixteen billion eight hundred two million four hundred ninety thousand ninety six
Rupiah) at least Rp. 1.89,- (one point eight nine Rupiah) per share to be distributed to the Company's
Shareholders, then hereby notify the Schedule and Procedures for Distribution of Cash Dividends for
the 2025 Financial Year as follows:

Cash Dividend Distribution Procedures
1. Cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's
Shareholder Register ("DPS") or on the Recording Date and/or to shareholders whose shares
are held in securities sub-accounts at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") at the close
of trading on June 22, 2026.
2. For shareholders whose shares are deposited in KSEI's collective custody, cash dividend
payments will be made through KSEI and distributed on July 7, 2026, to the Customer Fund
Account ("RDN") at the securities company and/or custodian bank where the shareholders hold
their securities accounts. For shareholders whose shares are not deposited in KSEI's collective
custody, cash dividend payments will be transferred to their accounts. The final cash dividend
distribution to the Company's shareholders will be made in Rupiah.
3. Cash dividends will be taxed in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
4. Under applicable tax laws and regulations, cash dividends will be exempt from taxation if
received by shareholders who are domestic corporate taxpayers ("DN Corporate Taxpayers"),
and the Company will not withhold Income Tax on the cash dividends paid to such domestic
corporate taxpayers. Cash dividends received by shareholders who are domestic individual
taxpayers ("DN Taxpayers") will be exempt from taxation as long as they are invested within
the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. For domestic taxpayers who do not meet the
investment requirements as mentioned above, the cash dividends received by them will be
subject to income tax ("PPh") in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and such PPh
must be remitted by the relevant domestic taxpayers in accordance with the provisions of
Government Regulation No. 9 of 2021 concerning Tax Treatment to Support Ease of Doing
Business.
5. The Company's shareholders can obtain confirmation of dividend payments through the
securities company and/or custodian bank with which the Company's shareholders have opened
a securities account. Furthermore, the Company's shareholders are responsible for reporting the

receipt of said dividends, including in their tax returns for the relevant tax year, in accordance
with applicable tax laws and regulations.
6. Shareholders who are Foreign Taxpayers whose tax withholding will use the rates based on the
Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement ("P3B") are required to comply with the requirements
of Director General of Taxes Regulation No. PER25/PJ/2018 concerning Procedures for
Implementing Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements and submit proof of record documents
or DGT/SKD receipts uploaded to the Directorate General of Taxes website to KSEI or the
Registrar by the deadline in accordance with KSEI's rules and regulations. Without these
documents, the cash dividends paid will be subject to Article 26 Income Tax of 20%.
