Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 8 November 2024, Majelis Hakim dalam perkara
PKPU No.13/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. telah
mengeluarkan putusan antara lain sebagai berikut:
1. Menyatakan sah dan mengikat secara hukum
Perjanjian Perdamaian tertanggal 4 November 2024 yang
telah ditandatangani oleh Para Termohon PKPU PT Visi Media
Asia Tbk (VIVA), PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi (CAT), PT
Lativi Mediakarya (LM), dan PT Intermedia Capital Tbk (MDIA)
dengan para Kreditornya;
2. Menyatakan PKPU Tetap para Termohon PKPU
VIVA, CAT, LM, dan MDIA demi hukum berakhir; dan
3. Menghukum para Termohon PKPU Para Termohon
PKPU VIVA, CAT, LM, dan MDIA serta seluruh Kreditornya
untuk tunduk dan mematuhi serta melaksanakan Perjanjian
Perdamaian.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan adanya putusan Homologasi tersebut maka:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan 1. PKPU Tetap terhadap Perseroan dan entitas
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, anaknya sebagai Termohon PKPU demi hukum berakhir dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau karenanya Perseroan dan entitas anaknya masing-masing
Perusahaan Publik dapat menjalankan kegiatan operasional dan kegiatan
usahanya seperti sediakala tanpa keterlibatan atau
pengawasan pengurus PKPU; dan
2. Perseroan dan entitas anak dapat lebih fokus untuk
meningkatkan kinerja usaha dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang
diharapkan, termasuk untuk menyelesaikan kewajiban yang
telah direstrukturisasi melalui PKPU yang disetujui oleh para
kreditur.
Informasi Lain
Jika terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan usaha Perseroan makan Perseroan
akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada publik sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-udangan yang berlaku.

Ruling of the Panel of Judges on the Ratification of the
Type of Material Information or Facts Composition Agreement (Homologation) for the Suspension of
Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) Case No. 13/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.
Description of Material Information or On November 8, 2024, the Panel of Judges in PKPU Case No.
Facts 13/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. issued a ruling that
included the following:
1. Declared valid and legally binding the Composition
Agreement dated November 4, 2024, signed by the PKPU
Respondents PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA), PT Cakrawala
Andalas Televisi (CAT), PT Lativi Mediakarya (LM), and PT
Intermedia Capital Tbk (MDIA) with their respective Creditors;
2. Declared that the Permanent PKPU status of the
PKPU Respondents VIVA, CAT, LM, and MDIA is, by law,
terminated; and
3. Ordered the PKPU Respondents VIVA, CAT, LM, and
MDIA, along with all their Creditors, to comply with, adhere to,
and implement the terms of the Composition Agreement.
Impact of event, material information or With the issuance of the Homologation ruling, the following
facts towards Issuers or Public applies:
Company’s operational activities, legal, 1. The Permanent PKPU status for the Company and its
financial condition, or going concern subsidiaries, as PKPU Respondents, is legally terminated.
Consequently, the Company and its subsidiaries can resume
their operational and business activities as usual without the
involvement or oversight of PKPU administrators; and
2. The Company and its subsidiaries can focus more
effectively on improving business performance and achieving
targeted growth, including fulfilling restructured obligations
agreed upon with creditors through the PKPU process.
Other Information
Should any material information or fact arise that could impact the Company's business continuity, the Company
will disclose it to the public in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
