3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta 1. Pada tanggal 8 November 2024, Perseroan telah

National Association-Singapore Branch, CIMB Bank
Berhad Singapore Branch, CTBC Bank co, Ltd, DBS
Bank Ltd, dan The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking
Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch sebagai
Mandated Lead Arrangers & Bookrunners (MLAB). PT
Bank DBS Indonesia akan bertindak sebagai Agen
untuk fasilitas pinjaman ini. Apabila telah memenuhi
syarat dan ketentuan, dana akan masuk pada tanggal
20 November 2024
2. Fasilitas pinjaman ini berjangka waktu 4 (empat) tahun
dan bersifat clean basis (tanpa jaminan). Dana hasil
Loan akan digunakan antara lain untuk pembiayaan
kembali utang yang ada (debt refinancing) serta akan
digunakan untuk keperluan pembiayaan dan pendanaan
umum Perseroan.
Description of Material 1. On November 8, 2024, the Company has signed a

Bank Berhad Singapore Branch, CTBC Bank co, Ltd,
DBS Bank Ltd, and The Hongkong and Shanghai
Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch as
Mandated Lead Arrangers & Bookrunners (MLAB). PT
Bank DBS Indonesia will act as Agent for this loan
facility. Provided that the terms and conditions are
fulfilled, the funds will be disbursed on November 20th,
2024.
2. This loan facility has a term of four years and is issued
on a clean basis (uncollateralized). The proceeds from
the loan will be utilized for refinancing existing debt, in
addition to support general financing and funding needs
for the company.
