Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material    Perseroan mendapatkan surat dari Kedutaan Vietnam pada
                                        tanggal 2 Oktober 2024, dengan ini kami jelaskan bahwa awal
                                        mula kronologi dari tudingan tersebut.
                                        SGER sebagai penjual menandatangani kontrak Jual Beli
                                        tanggal 21 Juni 2024 dengan Danka sebagai pembeli. Kargo
                                        berdasarkan kontrak tersebut adalah 60.000 metrik ton
                                        batubara uap Indonesia dengan harga US 66,73 per MT.
                                        Spesifikasi batubara yang dikirimkan senilai Net Calorific Value
                                        4.500 Kkal.
                                        Berdasarkan kontrak, para pihak menyetujui ketentuan Freight
                                        on Board berdasarkan Incoterms 2010, kepemilikan dan risiko
                                        atas kargo akan berpindah tangan kepada Danka segera
                                        setelah kargo dimuat di atas kapal di pelabuhan muat. Kedua
                                        pihak sepakat bersama untuk melibatkan surveyor independen
                                        yakni PT Anindya Wiraputra Konsult.
                                        Berdasarkan hasil inspeksi yang dilakukan oleh surveyor
                                        independen, telah dipastikan bahwa batubara yang dipasok
                                        oleh SGER sepenuhnya sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang
                                        tercantum dalam perjanjian jual beli. Namun saat kargo tiba di
                                        pelabuhan bongkar di Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, Danka
                                        mengklaim bahwa kualitas batubara yang dikirim jauh lebih
                                        rendah daripada kualitas pada saat pemuatan, yaitu senilai
                                        Net As Received 3.744 Kkal, berdasarkan inspeksi yang
                                        dilakukan oleh badan surveyor yang ditunjuk oleh Danka.
                                        Jika terjadi ketidaksesuaian, maka Danka seharusnya
                                        mengajukan keberatan melalui mekanisme umpire dalam
                                        rentang waktu 30 hari setelah tanggal Bill of Lading
                                        sebagaimana dipersyaratkan dalam perjanjian.
                                        Danka tidak memiliki dasar hukum atau fakta untuk
                                        menyatakan bahwa SGER melakukan penipuan dan menuntut
                                        ganti rugi atas kualitas kargo yang dikirimkan oleh SGER.
                                        SGER telah mengirim surat klarifikasi ke Kedutaan Besar
                                        Vietnam di Indonesia dan juga Kementerian Energi dan
                                        Sumber Daya Mineral terkait tuduhan ini.
                                        SGER, meminta Kedutaan Besar Vietnam di Indonesia untuk
                                        mengabaikan klaim Danka yang tidak berdasar dan
                                        memfasilitasi penyelesaian sengketa antara kedua pihak
                                        dengan merujuk Danka ke arbitrase Singapore International
                                        Arbitration Centre sesuai tercantum dalam kontrak karena
                                        kontrak antara Danka dan SGE bersifat business to business.
                                        Langkah ini untuk memastikan prinsip partisipatif serta
                                        hubungan kerja sama komersial jangka panjang antara
                                        Vietnam dan Indonesia.

                                             Explanation of the Letter from the Vietnamese Embassy in
 Type of Material Information or Facts       Indonesia

 Description of Material Information or     The Company received a letter from the Vietnamese Embassy
 Facts                                      on October 2, 2024, hereby we explain the initial chronology of
                                            the allegations.
                                            SGER as the seller signed a Sale and Purchase contract on
                                            June 21, 2024 with Danka as the buyer. The cargo based on
                                            the contract is 60,000 metric tons of Indonesian steam coal at
                                            a price of US 66.73 per MT. The specifications of the coal
                                            shipped are worth a Net Calorific Value of 4,500 Kcal.
                                            Based on the contract, the parties agree to the Freight on
                                            Board provisions based on Incoterms 2010, ownership and
                                            risk of the cargo will transfer to Danka immediately after the
                                            cargo is loaded onto the ship at the port of loading. Both
                                            parties agree to involve an independent surveyor, namely PT
                                            Anindya Wiraputra Konsult.
                                            Based on the results of the inspection carried out by the
                                            independent surveyor, it has been confirmed that the coal
                                            supplied by SGER fully complies with the specifications stated
                                            in the sale and purchase agreement. However, when the cargo
                                            arrived at the unloading port at Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power
                                            Plant, Danka claimed that the quality of the coal delivered was
                                            much lower than the quality at the time of loading, which was
                                            3,744 Kcal Net As Received, based on an inspection
                                            conducted by a surveyor agency appointed by Danka.
                                            If there is a discrepancy, Danka should have filed an objection
                                            through the umpire mechanism within 30 days after the Bill of
                                            Lading date as required in the agreement.
                                            Danka has no legal or factual basis to claim that SGER
                                            committed fraud and demand compensation for the quality of
                                            the cargo delivered by SGER.
                                            SGER has sent a letter of clarification to the Vietnamese
                                            Embassy in Indonesia and also the Ministry of Energy and
                                            Mineral Resources regarding this accusation.
                                            SGER, asks the Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia to ignore
                                            Danka's baseless claim and facilitate the settlement of the
                                            dispute between the two parties by referring Danka to the
                                            Singapore International Arbitration Centre arbitration as stated
                                            in the contract because the contract between Danka and SGE
                                            is business to business. This step is to ensure the participatory
                                            principle and long-term commercial cooperation between
                                            Vietnam and Indonesia.
