Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Ikhtisar Laporan Keuangan 9M24 PT Surya Semesta
Internusa Tbk (SSIA)
- SSIA melaporkan pendapatan konsolidasi sebesar
Rp3.861,7 miliar untuk 9M24. Pendapatan naik sebesar 27,9%
dari Rp3.020,4 miliar yang dibukukan pada 9M23.
Peningkatan ini terutama didorong oleh pendapatan konstruksi
yang meningkat sebesar 26,7% (Rp532,9 miliar), sementara
pendapatan dari segmen properti dan perhotelan SSIA
meningkat masing-masing sebesar 63,4% dan 23,3%
(Rp262,3, miliar dan Rp155,0 miliar).
- Laba kotor 9M24 meningkat sebesar 52,2% YoY menjadi
Rp1.174,6 miliar, naik dari Rp771,7 miliar pada 9M23,
didorong oleh peningkatan laba kotor properti sebesar 138,6%
(Rp221,1 miliar) dan peningkatan laba kotor perhotelan
sebesar 27,1% (Rp117,7 miliar).
- EBITDA 9M24 meningkat sebesar 94,3% YoY menjadi
Rp660,0 miliar dari Rp339,7 miliar pada 9M23, sebagai hasil
dari peningkatan EBITDA properti sebesar 235,7% (Rp196,7
miliar).
- Laba bersih konsolidasi SSIA pada 9M24 tercapai sebesar
Rp228,4 miliar (dari rugi bersih pada 9M23 sebesar
Rp23,7miliar), sebagai hasil dari peningkatan net profit
property sebesar 949,9% (Rp266,6 miliar).
- Posisi kas Perusahaan pada 9M24 adalah Rp1.889,5 miliar,
menurun sebesar 49,1% dari Rp3.712,6 miliar pada 1H24.
- Utang yang dikenakan bunga sebesar Rp831,0 miliar pada
9M24, turun 59,6% dari Rp2.059,0 miliar pada 1H24 yang
mengakibatkan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas (gearing) sebesar
10,7% (dari 27,3%).

Description of Material Information or PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) 9M24 Financial
Facts Highlights
- SSIA reported Rp3,861.7 billion in consolidated revenue for
9M24. Revenue increased by 27.9% from Rp3,020.4 billion
booked in 9M23. This growth was driven principally by an
increase in construction revenue by 26.7% (Rp532.9 billion),
while revenue in the SSIA property and hospitality business
divisions climbed by 63.4% and 23.3% (Rp262.3 billion and
Rp155.0 billion) respectively.
- 9M24 gross profit increased by 52.2% YoY to Rp1,174.6
billion, up from Rp771.7 billion in 9M23, driven by 138.6%
increase in property gross profit (Rp221.1 billion) and 27.1%
increase in hospitality gross profit (Rp117.7 billion).
- 9M24 EBITDA increased by 94.3% YoY to Rp660.0 billion
from Rp339.7 billion in 9M23, primarily due to increase in
property EBITDA by 235.7% (Rp196.7 billion).
- SSIAs consolidated net profit in 9M24 was achieved at
Rp228.4 billion (from net loss in 9M23 of Rp23.7 billion). The
rise was primarily due to increase in property net profit by
about 949.9% (Rp266.6 billion)
- The Companys cash position in 9M24 was Rp1,889.5 billion,
a 49.1% decline from Rp3,712.6 billion in 1H24. Mainly
resulted from interest-bearing debt decease to Rp831.0 billion
in 9M24, from Rp2,059.0 billion in 1H24 (59.6% decrease
QoQ), consequently, the debt/equity (gearing) ratio was 10.7%
(from 27.3%).
