RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Heliantono & Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik
(Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Ade Ikhwan untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Laporan Penunjukan AP dan/atau KAP untuk Audit atas Informasi Keuangan Historis Tahunan;
2. Dokumen Penunjukan AP dan/atau KAP antara lain Ringkasan Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
(RUPST) Tahun Buku 2023;
3. Rekomendasi Komite Audit dalam penunjukan AP dan/atau KAP Tahun 2024;
4. Engagement Letter KAP untuk Tahun Buku 2024; dan
5. Hasil penilaian sendiri (self-assessment) pemenuhan pembatasan penggunaan jasa audit dan masa jeda yang
diterima dari KAP.
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan tahunan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Hertanto
Grace Karunawan yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan pada Periode Tahun Buku 01 Januari 2023
sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 03 July 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Heliantono & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Ade Ikhwan To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31 December
2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
1. Appointment report of the Public Accountant (PA) and/or Public Accounting Firm (KAP) for the audit of annual
historical financial information;
2. Appointment documents of the PA and/or KAP, including the summary of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGS) for the fiscal year 2023;
3. Recommendation from the Audit Committee regarding the appointment of PA and/or KAP for the year 2024;
4. Engagement Letter from KAP for the fiscal year 2024; and
5. Results of the self-assessment regarding compliance with restrictions on the use of audit services and the cooling-off
period accepted from KAP.
Previously, for the annual financial statement audit, the Company used the services of the Public Accounting Firm
Hertanto Grace Karunawan, which audited the Company's financial statements for the period from January 1, 2023, to
December 31, 2023.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
