Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani perjanjian fasilitas Kredit
Investasi dengan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) dengan
uraian sebagai berikut:
Pihak-pihak yang bertransaksi:
a.PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (Kreditur)
b.PT Carsurin Tbk (Debitur)
Penjelasan ada tidaknya hubungan afiliasi:
Tidak ada hubungan afiliasi dan/atau benturan kepentingan
antara pihak kreditur dan debitur.
Jenis Fasilitas:
Limit Kredit sejumlah Rp105.000.000.000,- (seratus lima miliar
rupiah) yang terdiri atas :
1.Fasilitas Kredit Investasi 12 sebesar Rp18.792.354.474,-
(delapan belas miliar tujuh ratus sembilan puluh dua juta tiga
ratus lima puluh empat ribu empat ratus tujuh puluh empat
rupiah) dengan Jangka Waktu 96 bulan terhitung mulai dari
Oktober 2024 sampai dengan September 2032.
2.Fasilitas Kredit Investasi 13 sebesar Rp48.805.386.620,-
(empat puluh delapan miliar delapan ratus lima juta tiga ratus
delapan puluh enam ribu enam ratus dua puluh rupiah)
dengan Jangka Waktu 96 bulan terhitung mulai dari Oktober
2024 sampai dengan September 2032.
3.Fasilitas Kredit Investasi 14 sebesar Rp25.178.105.995,-
(dua puluh lima miliar seratus tujuh puluh delapan juta seratus
lima ribu sembilan ratus sembilan puluh lima rupiah) dengan
Jangka Waktu 60 bulan terhitung mulai dari Oktober 2024
sampai dengan September 2029.
4.Fasilitas Kredit Investasi 15 sebesar Rp12.224.152.911,-
(dua belas miliar dua ratus dua puluh empat juta seratus lima
puluh dua ribu sembilan ratus sebelas rupiah) dengan Jangka
Waktu 60 bulan terhitung mulai dari Oktober 2024 sampai
dengan September 2029.
Tujuan Penggunaan Dana:
- Kredit Investasi 12 diperuntukan untuk pembelian lahan di
Kendari, Halmahera, Morowali, Kolaka, Semarang &
Pontianak.
- Kredit Investasi 13, diperuntukan untuk pembangunan
laboratorium yang dibiayai oleh fasilitas Kredit Investasi 12 di
Kendari, Halmahera, Morowali, Kolaka, Semarang &
Pontianak.
- Kredit Investasi 14, diperuntukan untuk pembelian alat-alat
laboratorium yang dibiayai oleh fasilitas Kredit Investasi 12
dan Kredit Investasi 13 di Kendari, Halmahera, Morowali &
Kolaka.
- Kredit Investasi 15, diperuntukan untuk pembelian alat-alat
EV Battery Laboratory di Bogor.
Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut diatas diperoleh Perseroan secara
langsung dari Bank BCA yang terdaftar dan diawasi oleh OJK,
sehingga berdasarkan POJK 17/POJK.04/2020 pasal 11,
transaksi tersebut dapat dilakukan tanpa penilai.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pinjaman dana tersebut akan memperkuat kinerja operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan dan berdampak positif untuk kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company has signed an Investment Credit facility
Facts agreement with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) with the
following description:
Parties to the transaction:
a.PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (Creditor)
b.PT Carsurin Tbk (Debtor)
Explanation of the existence or absence of an affiliate
relationship:
There is no affiliation and/or conflict of interest between the
creditor and the debtor.
Facility Type:
Credit Limit of IDR 105,000,000,000 (one hundred and five
billion rupiah) consisting of:
1. Investment Credit Facility 12 amounting to IDR
18,792,354,474 (eighteen billion seven hundred and ninety two
million three hundred and fifty four thousand four hundred and
seventy four rupiah) with a period of 96 months starting from
October 2024 to September 2032.
2. Investment Credit Facility 13 amounting to IDR
48,805,386,620 (forty-eight billion eight hundred five million
three hundred eighty-six thousand six hundred and twenty
rupiah) with a period of 96 months starting from October 2024
to September 2032.
3. Investment Credit Facility 14 amounting to IDR
25,178,105,995 (twenty-five billion one hundred and seventy-
eight million one hundred five thousand nine hundred and
ninety-five rupiah) with a period of 60 months starting from
October 2024 to September 2029.
4. Investment Credit Facility 15 amounting to IDR
12,224,152,911 (twelve billion two hundred and twenty-four
million one hundred and fifty-two thousand nine hundred and
eleven rupiah) with a period of 60 months starting from
October 2024 to September 2029.
Purpose of Fund Usage:
- Investment Credit 12 is intended for the purchase of land in
Kendari, Halmahera, Morowali, Kolaka, Semarang &
Pontianak.
- Investment Credit 13, intended for the construction of
laboratories financed by Investment Credit 12 facilities in
Kendari, Halmahera, Morowali, Kolaka, Semarang &
Pontianak.
- Investment Credit 14, intended for the purchase of laboratory
equipment financed by the Investment Credit 12 and
Investment Credit 13 facilities in Kendari, Halmahera, Morowali
& Kolaka.
- Investment Credit 15, intended for the purchase of EV
Battery Laboratory equipment in Bogor.
The loan facility mentioned above was obtained by the
Company directly from Bank BCA which is registered and
supervised by the OJK, based on POJK 17/POJK.04/2020
article 11, the transaction can be carried out without an
appraiser.
