Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan
tertanggal 21 April 2026 mengenai pelaksanaan penghentian
aktivitas operasional sementara terencana pada Banggai
Ammonia Plant ("BAP") yang dioperasikan oleh PT Panca
Amara Utama (anak usaha Perseroan), dengan ini Perseroan
menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut telah selesai
dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Juni 2026 pukul 23.00 WITA.
Seluruh pekerjaan inspeksi, pemeliharaan, penggantian
peralatan, serta aktivitas peningkatan keandalan fasilitas
operasi telah diselesaikan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah
ditetapkan dan dengan memenuhi standar keselamatan yang
ketat. Saat ini BAP telah kembali beroperasi secara penuh
(fully operational).
Keberhasilan penyelesaian kegiatan ini mencerminkan
komitmen Perseroan dalam menjaga keandalan fasilitas
operasi, mempertahankan standar keselamatan yang tinggi,
serta mendukung keberlanjutan operasional jangka panjang
melalui penerapan operational excellence.
BAP adalah salah satu fasilitas Pabrik Amoniak paling efisien
di dunia yang menggunakan KBR Reforming Exchanger
System & Purifier Technology. Pemeliharaan terjadwal ini
diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja dan
keandalan operasional BAP di masa mendatang.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan

Disclosure of Information on the Completion of the Banggai
Type of Material Information or Facts Ammonia Plant (BAP) Turnaround
Description of Material Information or Further to the Companys Disclosure of Information dated 21
Facts April 2026 regarding the implementation of the Pre scheduled
Plant Closure at the Banggai Ammonia Plant (BAP), operated
by PT Panca Amara Utama, a subsidiary of the Company, the
Company hereby informs that the scheduled maintenance
activities were successfully completed at 2300 WITA (Central
Indonesian Time) on 8 June 2026.
All planned inspection, maintenance, equipment replacement,
and plant reliability improvement activities have been
successfully executed as scheduled and based on the
stringent safety standard. BAP has returned to full operational
capacity.
The successful completion of this maintenance program
reflects the Companys commitment to maintaining operational
reliability, upholding the highest safety standards, and
supporting long-term operational excellence.
BAP is one of the most efficient ammonia plants in the world,
utilizing KBR Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier
Technology. This scheduled maintenance is expected to
support improvements in BAPs operational performance and
reliability going forward
