                                  INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

         Further to the Company's Disclosure of Information dated 21 April 2026 regarding the
         implementation of the Pre-scheduled Plant Closure at the Banggai Ammonia Plant ("BAP"),
         operated by PT Panca Amara Utama, a subsidiary of the Company, the Company hereby
         informs that the scheduled maintenance activities were successfully completed at 23:00 WITA
         (Central Indonesian Time) on 8 June 2026.

         All planned inspection, maintenance, equipment replacement, and plant reliability
         improvement activities have been successfully executed as scheduled and based on the
         stringent safety standard. BAP has returned to full operational capacity.

         The successful completion of this maintenance program reflects the Company's commitment
         to maintaining operational reliability, upholding the highest safety standards, and supporting
         long-term operational excellence.

         BAP is one of the most efficient ammonia plants in the world, utilizing KBR Reforming
         Exchanger System & Purifier Technology. This scheduled maintenance is expected to support
         improvements in BAP’s operational performance and reliability going forward.
