PRODUCTION AND SALES FERRONICKEL

In the third guarter of 2024 (July-September
2024, 3024), the domestic mining industry is
still faced with challenges to regulations that
affect supply and demand. In the midst of these
conditions, ANTAM managed to optimize its
production and sales performance, especially in
the nickel commodity. Meanwhile in the gold
segment, the increased domestic demand and
successful marketing strategies have driven
significant increase in gold commodity sales
performance in 3024. Therefore, ANTAM
improved its solid production volume and sales
of main commodities in the nine months period
of 2024 (January-September 2024, 9M24)
amidst challenging conditions.

As part of ANTAM commitment to
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
principles, ANTAM strengthens the
implementation of good mining practices and
operation excellence to realize a sustainable
business. In 3024, ANTAM successfully
managed the Occupational Health and Safety
(OHS) system by achieving zero fatality in all of
the Company's mining operations, and was
awarded by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources.

Macroeconomic conditions in 3024, has
encouraged ANTAM to continue to implement
its cost leadership strategy through
innovations in operations and cost efficiency
program initiatives to maintain the Company's
competitiveness.

In 3024, ANTAM managed to maintain stability
and optimize the ferronickel production
process by recording a production volume of
5,075 tons of nickel in ferronickel (TNI), thus
ANTAM recorded a ferronickel production
volume of 15,244 TNi in 9M24.

During 3024, ANTAM succeeded in developing
the ferronickel product market with the main
export destination not only oriented to
Tiongkok, but also to India and South Korea
with sales realization of 4,829 TNi,an increase of
3746 compared to sales achievements in the
third guarter of 2023 (July-September 2023,
3023) of 3,526 TNi, thus posting ferronickel
sales volume in 9M24 of 11,691 TNi.

NICKEL ORE

In accordance with the additional Work Plan and
Budget approval obtained at the end of
semester 2024, in 3024 ANTAM managed to
increase nickel ore production to 3.12 million
wet metric tons (wmt), increase 1496 from the
production achievement in the second guarter
of 2024 (April - June 2024, 2024) of 2.74 million
wmt, boosted production volume in 9M24 to
7.30 million wmt.

During 9M24, nickel ore commodities were used
for internal raw materials for ferronickel
production in Pomalaa and domestic sales to
third parties. In 3024, ANTAM's consolidated
nickel ore sales reached 2.35 million wmt, with
9M24 sales realization of 5.71 million wmt.

GOLD

In 3024, ANTAM's gold production reached 304
kg (9,774 troy oz), an 1196 increase from 2024
of 273 kg (8,777 troy oz). Thus in 9M24, ANTAM
recorded a total gold production volume from
the Company's mines of 743 kg (23,888 troy
oz).

Global macroeconomic factors and tense
geopolitical conditions in 3024 pushed up
world gold prices. Although gold prices
continued to rise rapidly, the implementation
of a gold sales strategy that focuses on
increasing domestic market share has
effectively boosted demand for ANTAM's gold.

As the only gold refinery in Indonesia
accredited as a “Good Delivery List Refiner” by
the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA),
ANTAM “Logam Mulia” gold remains the top of
mind choice for Indonesians in investing in
gold.

Gold sales volume in 3024 reached 12,598 kg
(405,035 troy oz.), an increase of 4296 compared
to 2024 sales of 8,857 kg (284,759 troy oz.). The
sales achievement in 3024 boosted the gold
sales volume achievement in 9M24 of 28,567 kg
(918,450 troy oz.), an increase of 4796 when
compared to the sales achievement in the first
nine months period ended September 30, 2023
(January-September 2023, 9M23) of 19,460 kg
(625,654 troy oz), exceeding the realization of

gold sales in 2023.
BAUXITE

ANTAM recorded bauxite production volume in
3024 reaching 94,784 wmt, thus the
production realization in 9M24 to 637,713 wmt.

After being affected by permitting delay in the
first semester, ANTAM re-selling bauxite to
third parties in 3024 in addition to supplying
raw materials for the production of the Tayan
Chemical Grade Alumina (CGA) Plant operated
by PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina (PT ICA).
ANTAM's bauxite sales realization in 3024 and
9M24 reached 97,430 thousand wmt.

ALUMINA

In line with ANTAM's strategy in optimizing the
operation of the Tayan CGA Plant in 3024,
PT ICA has produced 43,148 tons of alumina, an
increase of 1796 compared to the production
achievement in 3023 of 36,928 tons of alumina,
with 9M24 realization of 105,883 tons of
alumina.

In 3024, alumina sales reached 44,625 tons of
alumina, a 2396 increase compared to 3023
alumina sales of 36,244 tons of alumina. In
9M24, alumina sales reached 133,065 tons of
alumina, a 2396 increase compared to 9M23
alumina salesof 108,351 tons of alumina.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Regarding the EV Battery Ecosystem
Development Cooperation Project in Indonesia,
in 3024, important milestones have been
achieved related to initial work, licensing,
preparation of funding to support the
preparation of construction on target.

In the development of bauxite downstream
commodities, ANTAM strengthened its position
in the integration of the national aluminum
industry through intial bauxite injection phase at
the Mempawah Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery
(SGAR) Project which was inaugurated by
President Joko Widodo on 24 September 2024.

EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES

ANTAM's exploration activities focus on gold,
nickel and bauxite commodities which are
intended to sustain operations and development
projects. ANTAM's total preliminary unaudited
exploration expenses in 9M24 amounted to
Rp125.89 billion.

As part of the effort to increase the portfolio of
gold reserves and resources, ANTAM is currently
focusing on searching for additional gold sources
both in active IUP locations and in other new
prospect areas.

GOLD

In 9M24 ANTAM's gold exploration activities
were conducted in Pongkor, West Java. In

Pongkor area, conducted in mine drilling
(underground) and deep drilling (surface).

NICKEL

ANTAM's nickel exploration in 9M24 is
conducted in North Konawe and Pomalaa,
Southeast Sulawesi and Buli, North Maluku. In
the North Konawe area, activities carried out
include geological mapping, core sampling,
core logging, grid measurement
& re-measurement, installation of measuring
stakes and BM GPS geodetic point, GPR
(Ground Penetrating Radar) measurements and
single tube drilling. In the Pomalaa area,
activities included geological mapping, core
sampling, core logging, grid measurement
& re-measurement, installation of measuring
stakes, geophysical measurements, single tube
drilling, as well as preparation and laboratory
activities. In the Buli area, activities include
geological mapping, core sampling, core
logging, grid & re-measurement, installation of
measuring stakes, single tube drilling, sample
preparation & analysis, facility construction,
and evaluation & reporting.

BAUXITE

Bauxite exploration ANTAM in 9M24 were
conducted in Tayan and Landak, West
Kalimantan. In the Tayan and Landak area, the
exploration activity were covering geological
mapping, grid/polygon measurement,
geodetic GPS measurement, testpit, logging
testpit, testpit sampling and rock sampling.

On July 26, 2024, ANTAM received
appreciation and being part of the
constituent of the TEMPO-IDNFinancials52
Index in 2024. ANTAM received four
categories: Main Index, High Dividend, High
Growth, and High Market Capitalization.

TEMPO-IDNFinancials52 Index consists of
fifty-two listed companies on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange (IDX), whose constituents
were selected based on research and
collection of financial statement data, which
have stable and reliable financial
performance. TEMPO and IDNFinancials
thoroughly evaluated the main criteria:
market capitalization, net profit growth, and
average dividend yield. In addition, other
supporting criteria in this index were
assessed, such as average share transaction
freguency, share transaction volume, number
of shareholders with a minimum of 3,000
shareholders, and minimum free float of 7.596.

ANTAM PRESIDENT DIRECTOR RECEIVED
INDONESIA TOP GREEN LEADERS AWARD
2024

On July 30, 2024, ANTAM received Indonesia's
Top Green Leaders Award 2024, where
ANTAM's President Director was selected as
the Indonesia Green Leader for Green
Orientation in Prioritizing Environmentally
Friendly Operational Activities through
Decarbonization Initiatives in the Energy and
Mining category.

ANTAM has implemented several
decarbonization  initiatives, — such — as
underground mining method modification
and the installation of emission control
system at the ferronickel plant, B30 and B35
fuels usage for mining operational vehicles,
and solar panels usage for mine road lighting
in several business units. The Company has

also replaced fuel in nickel ore processing
activities from Marine Fuel Oil to the
Electricity network. These initiatives have the
potential to reduce GHG emissions in the
ferronickel production process. ANTAM
continues to innovate to make other efforts to
improve the guality of environmental
management around the  Company's
operational areas.

ANTAM RECEIVED TWELVE ENSIA 2024
AWARDS FOR CONSISTENT
IMPLEMENTATION OF ESG

On July 31, 2024, ANTAM received 12 (twelve)
awards at the 2024 Environmental and Social
Innovation Awards (ENSIA). The Company
received two Platinum, seven Gold, and three
Silver awards for various environmental and
social innovation programs.

ANTAM RECEIVED THREE ESG INITIATIVE
AWARDS 2024

On August 8, 2024 Company was
acknowledged for its Environmental, Social
and Governance (ESG) initiative at the ESG
Initiative Awards (EIA) 2024. The Company
received three awards for Best Regulatory and
Policy Advocacy, Best Biodiversity and Nature
Conservation, and Best Leader for ESG
Initiative.

ANTAM won the Diamond Predicate in the
Best Biodiversity Nature Conservation
category. Asa company that manages mineral
resources, ANTAM realizes the importance of
environmental — management, including
maintaining biodiversity, In the Best
Regulatory and Policy Advocacy category, the
Company won the Gold Predicate. In addition,

79TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REPUBLIC OF
INDONESIA, ANTAM INTRODUCES GOLD
BARS INDONESIA TANAH AIR BETA

On August 10, 2024, ANTAM through the
Precious Metals Processing and Refinery
Business Unit introduces the thematic
independence gold bars of Indonesia Tanah
Air Beta Gift Series which were released to
commemorate the 79th Anniversary of the
Republic of Indonesia.

The gold bars of Indonesia Tanah Air Beta Gift
Series is produced in limited guantities in
1 gram pieces. This initiative is one of the
Company's efforts to strengthen its position
asa market leaderin Indonesia. ANTAM hopes
that this product will be accepted by the
market and support the Company's sales
performance in the second semester of 2024.

The gold bars of Indonesia Tanah Air Beta Gift
Series are added to ANTAM's product
portfolio after last year's release of Tari
Nusantara Gift Series to celebrate the
Independence Day of the Republic of
Indonesia. The Gift Series is a series of
products with a different design from the
existing ANTAM gold bars.

PERFORMANCE AT THE PUBLIC EXPOSE
LIVE 2024

On August 27, 2024, ANTAM participated in
the Public Expose Live 2024 held by the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

ANTAM's Public Expose Live 2024 was
attended by participants from securities
institutions, analysts, investors, and the
public. During the event,  ANTAM's
Management updated operational and
financial performance for the first six months
of 2024, and the progress of the Company's
development projects.

LAUNCHES GOLD GIFT SERIES FOR BABY
BORN

On September 5, 2024, ANTAM through the
Precious Metals Processing and Refinery
Business Unit will launch a new gold bar
product Gift Series with the theme Baby Born
to coincide with the National Customer Day
2024.

The Baby Born Gift Series complements
ANTAM's Gift Series gold bars, which are
suitable for investment, collection, and gifts
to family and colleagues.

As a gold investment instrument, the Baby
Born Gift Series has the added value of
hedging and a valuable addition to future
investment planning. Presenting these gold
bars as a gift for newborns to family or
colleagues will provide positive benefits for
investment planning.

ANTAM, REGIONAL-OWNED ENTERPRISES
OF SOUTH SULAWESI AND EAST LUWU
FORM JOINT VENTURE FOR NICKEL
DEVELOPMENT

On September 13, 2024, ANTAM has
established a partnership with PT Sulsel Citra
Indonesia (Perseroda) or SCI and PT Luwu
Timur Gemilang (Perseroda) or LTG to form a
joint venture for the development of nickel
mining in the Pongkeru Block, East Luwu,
South Sulawesi.

In this cooperation, ANTAM as the majority
shareholder, meanwhile SCI and LT as the
Provincial and Regency Regional-Owned
Enterprises have minority shares with the
significant portion, thus the Regional-Owned
Enterprises are able to increase their role in
the mining. In the future, through this joint
venture, it is expected to create real benefits
for regional income and the community,
including increasing welfare and new job
opportunities.

T-304/MB.04/MEM.B/2024.

ANTAM STRENGTHENS DOMESTIC
ALUMINUM INDUSTRY SUPPLY CHAIN
WITH FIRST BAUXITE INJECTION IN SGAR
MEMPAWAH

On September 24, 2024, ANTAM strengthens
its steps in mineral downstream with the
commencement of the first bauxite injection
phase at the Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery
(SGAR) Mempawah Project.

This phase marks the commissioning stage of
the project, which is the result of cooperation
between ANTAM and PT Indonesia Asahan
Aluminium (INALUM), Member of PT Mineral
Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) - The
State-Owned Enterprise of the Mining
Industry.

ANTAM will supply bauxite ore from its mines
in West Kalimantan as the main raw material
for production of 1 million tons of alumina, at
SGAR Mempawah.

TERAPKAN GOOD MINING PRACTICE,
ANTAM RAIH 17 GMP AWARDS 2024

On September 30, 2024, ANTAM received an
award for its achievements in implementing
Good Mining Practice (“GMP”) from the
Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources
(“GMP Award 2024”). ANTAM obtained 17
awards through its business units and
subsidiaries for implementing Good Mining
Practice in the mining technical management
aspects, mining safety aspects, mining
environmental  aspects, and — mineral
conservation aspects.

At the GMP Awards 2024, through the Gold
Mining Business Unit, ANTAM receives three
Utama awards in mining technical
management, environmental management,
and mineral conservation. In addition, the
West Kalimantan Bauxite Mining Business
Unit received two Utama awards in the
mining technical management and mining
safety management and two Pratama awards
in the environmental management and
mineral conservation aspects.

North Maluku Nickel Mining Business Unit
received three Pratama awards in mining
safety management, environmental
management, and mineral conservation.
Meanwhile, Kolaka Nickel Mining Business
Unit won the Pratama award in the
environmental management category.

Three ANTAM subsidiaries, PT Gag Nikel,

PT Sumberdaya Arindo, and PT Nusa Karya
Arindo, also received the GMP Awards 2024.
