oleh PT MD Entertainment Tbk (Perseroan). Pada tanggal 25
Oktober 2024, Perseroan telah melakukan pengambilalihan
dengan cara mengambilbagian atas saham baru yang
diterbitkan oleh NETV (Pengambilalihan) sebesar
25.220.946.827 (60,98%). Terlampir untuk informasi

Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 on the Acquisition of Public
Companies (POJK No. 9/2018), we hereby announce the
acquisition of PT Net Visi Media Tbk (NETV) by PT MD
Entertainment Tbk (the Company). On 25 October 2024, the
Company has completed the acquisition by acquiring a portion
of the newly issued shares of NETV (Acquisition) amounted
25.220.946.827 (60,98%). Attached for more information.
