Pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2024, Perseroan telah melakukan pengambilalihan dengan cara mengambilbagian atas saham baru yang diterbitkan oleh NETV (“Pengambilalihan”) dengan rincian sebagai berikut: / On 25 October 2024, the Company has completed the acguisition by acguiring a portion of the newly issued shares of NETV (“Acguisition”) with the following details: Sebelum / Before Sesudah / After Persentase Persentase Jumlah Saham / Kepemilikan / Jumlah Saham / Kepemilikan / Number of Shares Ownership Number of Shares Ownership Percentage Percentage 25.220.946.827 0 0Yo saham Seri B/ Series 60,984 B shares Setelah pelaksanaan Pengambilalihan, Perseroan menjadi pengendali NETV. Mengingat Pengambilalihan terjadi karena perolehan saham dalam rangka penambahan modal demi memperbaiki posisi keuangan NETV sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan OJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu sebagaimana diubah dengan Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019, maka sesuai dengan Pasal 23 huruf (j) POJK No. 9/2018, Perseroan dikecualikan dari kewajiban untuk melaksanakan penawaran tender wajib. / Following the completion of the Acguisition, the Company has become the controller of NETV. Given that the Acguisition is undertaken due to acguisition of Shares by way of increase of capital to improve the financial position of NETV as stipulated under OJK Regulation No. 32!POJK.04/2015

regarding the Capital Increase of Public Companies with Pre-emptive Rights as amended by OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019, the Company is exempted from the obligation to conduct a mandatory tender offer in accordance with Article 23 letter (j) of POJK No. 9/2018.
