Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Komisaris Perseroan yaitu Saudara Darwin Wibowo telah
menyampaikan surat pengunduran diri dan Komisaris
Perseroan yaitu Saudara Dwi Ary Purnomo telah memperoleh
penugasan yang baru sebagaimana surat Keputusan
Pemegang Saham secara Sirkuler PT Pertamina EP. Oleh
karena itu, saat ini Dewan Komisaris Perseroan terdiri dari 5
orang dengan masih memenuhi ketentuan POJK
No.33/POJK.04/2014.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Saham (RUPS) untuk mengukuhkan pemberhentian anggota
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Dewan Komisaris tersebut sebagaimana POJK
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau No.33/POJK.04/2014.

Facts Darwin Wibowo has submitted a resignation letter, and another

assignment as per the Circular Shareholders Decision of PT
Pertamina EP. As such, the Company Board of
Commissioners currently consists of five members, still
meeting the requirements of POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014.
