and in order to comply with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15 of 2020
concerning the Plan and Organization of the General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public
Company (“POJK 15”) dated 21 April 2020 and the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation
No. I-E regarding Obligations to Submit Information and Articles 82 and 83 of the Company
Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning the Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

national-circulated daily newspaper published in Jakarta on Tuesday dated 29 October 2024,
