Referring to disclosure of information of PT Mayora Indah Tbk (“MYOR”) dated 08 June 2026, related
to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
of MYOR dated 04 June 2026, has resolved, MYOR had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the
fiscal year 2022, which will be paid as follows:

is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
