Ulasan Perseroan:

Merujuk poin 1 diatas bahwa Perseroan
belum memiliki rencana — untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana
korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

6. Pertanyaan Bursa:
Rencana pemegang saham utama
terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, Corporate
Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih
dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut

Ulasan Perseroan:

Pemegang Saham Mayoritas Perseroan
yaitu ANB (A.P.S.C.) berupaya untuk
divestasi saham dalam upaya
memenuhi ketentuan Bursa khususnya
terkait free float dan ANB (O.P.S.C.)
senantiasa memiliki komitmen tinggi
terhadap perkembangan usaha di
Perseroan.

The Company's Majority Shareholder,
namely ANB (A.P.S.C.) seeks to divest
Shares in an effort to meet the provisions
of the Exchange, especially related to free
float and ANB (@.P.S.C.) always has a
high commitment to business
development in the Company.
