regarding Shelf Public Offerings of Debt Securities and/or Sukuk; (ii) Letter of PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (the
Company) No. 057-L/PTPIB/DIR/V/2026 dated 22 May 2026 regarding the Submission of Abridge Additional Information
in connection with the Shelf Public Offering of Provident Investasi Bersama Shelf Bonds III Phase III Year 2026; and (iii)
the Company s plan to conduct the Shelf Public Offering of Provident Investasi Bersama Shelf Bonds III Phase III Year
2026 (the Bonds). In this regard, we hereby submit the Additional Information and/or Amendments to the Abridge
Additional Information concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds, which was uploaded to the websites of PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia and PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk on 9 June 2026. Accordingly, we hereby convey this Additional
