Oktober 2024 (“Perjanjian Fasilitas”) oleh dan

Perseroan, Protelindo, Iforte, KIN, SUPR, BIT, OTR,
GIK, VTS, IFEN dan IPAY masing-masing sebagai
peminjam (“Para Peminjam") / The execution of the
Seventeenth Amendment to The Facility Agreement
dated October 17, 2024 (“Facility Agreement)
between BCA as the lender and Company,
Protelindo, Iforte, KIN, SUPR, BIT, @TR, GIK, VTS,
IFEN and IPAY as borrowers (“Borrowers”).

2. Berikut adalah syarat dan ketentuan penting yang
diubah berdasarkan Perjanjian Fasilitas: / The

under the Facility Agreemeni:

directly from ihe bank as referred to in Article 11

2. Transaksi tersebut di atas merupakan transaksi
