puluh sembilan persen) mendirikan Entitas Anak yang efektif
menjalankan bidang usahanya setelah mendapatkan
persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia
Republik Indonesia, dengan keterangan sebagaimana
terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas pendirian KML tidak berdampak material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau
