Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: Bahwa pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2024 anak usaha Perseroan, PT Pelayaran Karana Line (PKL) yang sahamnya dimiliki secara langsung oleh Perseroan sebesar 99X (Sembilan puluh sembilan persen) mendirikan Entitas Anak yang efektif 1 Dear Madame/Sir, Pursuant to the provision of Financial Services Authority Number 31/POJK.04/2015 dated 16 December 2015 regarding the Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by the Issuer or Public Company and Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 on the amendment of Regulation I-E regarding the Obligation to Information Disclosure (“Regulation I-E), we hereby submit the Material Information or Facts Report as follow: 1. Date of event: 14 October 2024. 2. Type of Material Information of Facts: Establishment of 1 (one) new subsidiary Entity by PT Pelayaran Karana Line which are directly 9996 owned by the Company. 3. Description of Material Information of Facts: That on 14 October 2024, the Company's subsidiary, PT Pelayaran Karana Line (PKL), which shares are directly owned by the Company amounting to 994 (ninety-nine percent), established a Subsidiary Entity which will

Pemegang saham / Shareholder: PT Pelayaran Karana Line (PKL) anak usaha Perseroan memegang kepemilikan saham KML sebesar 9945 (Sembilan puluh sembilan persen), sisanya 196 (Satu persen) dimiliki oleh Ir. Bambang Ediyanto / PT Pelayaran Karana Line (PKL), a subsidiary of the Company holds 9996 (ninety-nine percent) KML share ownership, the remaining 196 (one percent) is owned by Ir. Bambang Ediyanto. e. Tujuan dilakukan pembentukan Entitas Anak oleh PKL / The purpose The purpose of establishing a Subsidiary Entity by PKL: Tujuan pembentukan KML adalah untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha PKL yang merupakan anak usaha Perseroan. The purpose of the establishment of KML is to support PKL's business, a subsidiary of the Company. 4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 4. The impact of such events, information or material: facts: - Terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi - To operational activities, financial keuangan, kelangsungan usaha dan condition, Against the business dampak hukum: continuity and Legal Impact : - Atas pendirian KML tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
