Kami telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada
Pemegang Saham Utama Perseroan dan
didapatkan hasil bahwa hingga saat ini
Pemegang Saham utama tidak/belum memiliki
rencana tertentu terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan.

Lebih lanjut, sesuai dengan informasi atas
komunikasi dengan para pemegang saham
mayoritas, bahwa tidak ada transaksi tertentu
yang akan dilakukan pemegang saham
mayoritas atas saham Peseroan yang mereka
miliki.

We have confirmed with the Company's major

shareholders, and the outcome is that, to date,
the major shareholders do not have any specific
plans regarding their share ownership in the
Company.

Furthermore, according to the information
obtained from communications with the majority
shareholders, there are no specific transactions
that the majority shareholders will undertake
concerning the shares of the Company that they
own.
