Berkelanjutan III SMART Tahap II Tahun 2021 Seri B

Dengan hormat,

Merujuk kepada Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa PT Sinar Mas Agro
Resources and Technology Tbk (“SMART” atau “Perseroan”)
telah mempersiapkan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III SMART Tahap II Tahun 2021 Seri B
(“Obligasi”) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 19 Oktober
2024 sebesar Rp 1.065.000.000.000,00 (satu triliun enam
puluh lima miliar Rupiah). Ketersediaan dana atas
pembayaran pokok ini didukung oleh posisi likuiditas yang
baik sebagaimana tercermin dalam Laporan Keuangan
Konsolidasian Perseroan per 30 Juni 2024. SMART juga
memiliki fasilitas kredit dari beberapa bank yang belum
dipergunakan.

Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga atas
Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke dalam rekening
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia secara tepat waktu
sesuai jadual yang telah ditentukan.

Re: Fund Avoailability for The Principal Settlement of SMART
Shelf-Registered Bonds III Phase II Year 2021 B Series

Dear Sir,

With reference to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 on the
Amendment to the Regulation Number I-E regarding
Obligation to Submit Information, hereby we would like to
inform that PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk
(“SMART” or the “Company”) has prepared the fund
availability for the principal settlement of SMART Shelf-
Registered Bonds III Phase II Year 2021 B Series (“Bond”)
which will mature on 19 October 2024 amounting to
Rp 1,065,000,000,000.00 (one trillion and sixty five billion
Rupiah). The fund availability for the principal settlement is
supported by healthy liguidity position as reflected on the
Company's Consolidated Financial Statements as of
30 June 2024. SMART also has unutilised credit facilities from
several banks.

The fund for the Bond's principal settlement including its
interest payment will be deposited into the account of
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia on time pursuant to the
specified schedule.
