Berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang fakta material Saham Tahunan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2023 tanggal 29 Mei 2024 telah disetujui penunjukan Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Imelda & Rekan (terafiliasi dengan Deloitte) untuk melakukan audit atas Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan Tahun Buku 2024 dan Laporan Pelaksanaan Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan, serta Laporan Keuangan Program Pendanaan Usaha Mikro dan Usaha Kecill (PUMK) periode Tahun Buku 2024, 2. SIG Perseroan, disampaikan bahwa: a. Terdapat perubahan nama dari KAP Imelda & Rekan menjadi KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan, b. KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan telah memperoleh persetujuan/izin dari Menteri Keuangan dengan nomor 423/KM.1/2024 tertanggal 12 Juli 2024 dan terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dengan Surat Tanda — Terdaftar — nomor — STTD.KAP- 30/PM.021/2024 tertanggal 23 Agustus 2024: c. Dikarenakan lebih dari 5096 komposisi Akuntan Publik dari KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan berasal dari KAP Imelda & Rekan maka berdasarkan POJK No. 9 Tahun 2023 tentang Penggunaan Jasa Akuntan Publik dan Kantor Akuntan Publik dalam Kegiatan Jasa Keuangan, KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan dikategorikan sebagai entitas yang sama dengan KAP Imelda & Rekan: d. KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan menegaskan bahwa akan melanjutkan perikatan audit dengan Perseroan yang sebelumnya dilakukan oleh KAP Imelda & Rekan sesuai dengan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan tanggal 29 Mei 2024 sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Description of material angka 1. information or fact 1. There is a change of name from KAP Imelda & Rekan to KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan: b. KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan has obtained approval / permission from the Minister of Finance with number 423 / KM.1 / 2024 dated July 12, 2024 and registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with a Registered Certificate number STTD.KAP-30 / PM.021 / 2024 dated August 23, 2024: Cc. Since more than 504 of the Public Accountant composition of KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan comes from KAP Imelda & Rekan, based on POJK No. 9 of 2023 concerning the Use of Public Accountant Services and Public Accounting Firms in Financial Services Activities, KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan is categorized as the same entity as KAP Imelda & Rekan, d.
