                                              Signing of Investment Financing Finance Lease Agreement

 Description of Material Information or       The Company, through its subsidiary PT Sarana Ekomobilitas
 Facts                                        Indonesia (SEI), has signed a Finance Lease Agreement with
                                              PT. Mitsubishi HC Capital and Finance Indonesia (MHCI) on
                                              14 October 2024 with the following details:

                                              The Parties :
                                              SEI, as the Lessee.
                                              MHCI, as the Lessor.

                                              Transaction Value & Interest Rate:
                                              The financing amount is Rp 88,373,695,214 (eighty-eight
                                              billion three hundred seventy-three million six hundred ninety-
                                              five thousand two hundred fourteen Rupiah) with interest at a
                                              fixed rate of 12.35 percent per annum

                                              Period:
                                              36 (thirty six) months

                                              Transaction Purpose:
                                              Provision of Investment financing finance lease agreement by
                                              way of financing of the goods including the required services (if
                                              any) for the purpose of business activities/ investment/
                                              rehabilitation/ modernization/ expansion of SEI as the Lessee.

                                              Corporate Guarantee:
                                              PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk as the parent entity of the Company,
                                              dated 14 October 2024.
 Impact of event, material information or     The acceptance of finance lease from MHCI provides financial
