Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kinerja ADCP pada Triwulan III Tahun 2024
Jakarta (16/10) PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. (ADCP)
berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Unaudited Triwulan III Tahun
2024 (TW III/24), ADCP mampu mempertahankan kinerja baik
hingga Triwulan III tahun 2024 ini. ADCP meraih Pendapatan
Usaha sebesar Rp280,2 miliar. Perolehan pendapatan ini
didukung dari beberapa sumber bisnis yang dikembangkan
oleh ADCP. Kontribusi terbesar berasal dari Bisnis Properti,
yang di dalamnya termasuk hasil dari Kerja Sama Operasi
(KSO) sebesar 65,4%. Di samping pendapatan Bisnis Properti,
kontribusi lain juga berasal dari Pendapatan Pengelolaan
Hotel dan Bisnis Komersial yang berkontribusi sebesar 34,6%.

Facts
Jakarta (16/10) PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. (ADCP)
based on the Unaudited Financial Report for the Third Quarter
of 2024 (TW III/24), ADCP was able to maintain good
performance until the Third Quarter of 2024. ADCP achieved
operating income of IDR 280.2 billion. This income is
supported by several business sources developed by ADCP.
The largest contribution came from the Property Business,
which included results from Joint Operation (KSO) of 65.4%.
Apart from Property Business income, other contributions also
came from Hotel Management and Commercial Business
Income which contributed 34.6%.
