Sehingga kepemilikan saham Perseroan di MSE yang
sebelumnya sebanyak 2.480.000 (dua juta empat ratus
delapan puluh ribu) lembar saham atau sebesar 99,9%
dengan nilai Rp. 2.480.000.000,- (dua miliar empat ratus
delapan puluh juta Rupiah), menjadi sebanyak 9.980.000
(sembilan juta sembilan ratus delapan puluh ribu) lembar
saham atau sebesar 99,9% dengan nilai Rp.9.980.000.000
(sembilan miliar sembilan ratus delapan puluh juta
Rupiah).

The Company increased its share ownership in PT
Matahari Super Ekonomi (“MSE”), a subsidiary of the
Company, by 7,500,000 (seven million five hundred
thousand) shares, amounting to IDR 7,500,000,000
(seven billion five hundred million Rupiah).
As a result, the Company's share ownership in MSE, which
was previously 2,480,000 (two million four hundred
eighty thousand) shares or 99.9% with a value of IDR
2,480,000,000 (two billion four hundred eighty million
Rupiah), has increased to 9,980,000 (nine million nine
hundred eighty thousand) shares or 99.9% with a value of
IDR 9,980,000,000 (nine billion nine hundred eighty
million Rupiah).
