Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 11 Oktober 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), kembali
menorehkan prestasi dengan meraih penghargaan Indonesia
Annual Report Award (IARA) III 2024. Penghargaan ini
diberikan atas keunggulan Elnusa dalam penyusunan Laporan
Tahunan 2023 yang mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan secara
transparan dan akuntabel kepada publik.
IARA merupakan ajang tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh
Economic Review, bekerja sama dengan Dewan Juri dari
berbagai kalangan independen yang terdiri dari media,
akademisi, praktisi, dan pengamat profesional. Dalam
penilaian ini, Dewan Juri mengukur kinerja perusahaan dari
delapan aspek utama, yaitu Keuangan, Tata Kelola
Perusahaan (GCG), Manajemen Risiko, Pengelolaan SDM,
Transformasi Digital, Pengembangan Bisnis, CSR & ESG,
serta Transparansi Komunikasi.
Elnusa berhasil menunjukkan komitmennya dalam
menerapkan praktik tata kelola perusahaan yang baik serta
berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan
melalui inovasi, transformasi digital, dan pelaksanaan
tanggung jawab sosial. Keberhasilan ini tidak lepas dari
kolaborasi yang solid di seluruh lini perusahaan, mulai dari tim
manajemen hingga karyawan yang berkontribusi dalam
menyusun laporan tahunan yang berkualitas.
Corporate Secretary Elnusa, Frida Lidwina menyampaikan

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, October 11, 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) has once
Facts again achieved recognition by securing the third-place award
at the Indonesia Annual Report Award (IARA) 2024. This
award honors Elnusa's excellence in preparing its 2023 Annual
Report, which reflects the company's transparent and
accountable performance to the public.
IARA is an annual event organized by Economic Review in
collaboration with an independent panel of judges from various
fields, including media, academia, practitioners, and
professional observers. The judging process evaluates
corporate performance based on eight key aspects: Finance,
Corporate Governance (GCG), Risk Management, Human
Capital Management, Digital Transformation, Business
Development, CSR & ESG, and Communication
Transparency.
Elnusa demonstrated its strong commitment to implementing
good corporate governance practices and contributing to
sustainable growth through innovation, digital transformation,
and social responsibility initiatives. This achievement reflects
the solid collaboration across all levels of the company, from
the management team to employees who contributed to
producing a high-quality annual report.
