Transparency and Excellence in Governance: ELNUSA Wins Award
       at the Indonesia Annual Report Award (IARA) 2024
Jakarta, October 11, 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) has once again achieved recognition by securing the third-
place award at the Indonesia Annual Report Award (IARA) 2024. This award honors Elnusa's excellence in
preparing its 2023 Annual Report, which reflects the company’s transparent and accountable performance to
the public.

IARA is an annual event organized by Economic Review in collaboration with an independent panel of judges
from various fields, including media, academia, practitioners, and professional observers. The judging process
evaluates corporate performance based on eight key aspects: Finance, Corporate Governance (GCG), Risk
Management, Human Capital Management, Digital Transformation, Business Development, CSR & ESG, and
Communication Transparency.

Elnusa demonstrated its strong commitment to implementing good corporate governance practices and
contributing to sustainable growth through innovation, digital transformation, and social responsibility
initiatives. This achievement reflects the solid collaboration across all levels of the company, from the
management team to employees who contributed to producing a high-quality annual report.
