ketentuan butir III.1.1.5 tentang batas waktu penyampaian Informasi Laporan Keuangan Interim, maka dengan ini kami
menyampaikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir tanggal 30 September 2024
sedang dalam proses audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan
akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan dimaksud kepada OJK dan Bursa sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, yaitu
selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024.

Public Accountant.

Referring to IDX Regulation No. I-E Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding Information Submission Obligation, provision
III.1.1.5 regarding time limit of Interim Financial Statement submission, herewith we inform that the Financial Statement
of the Company for the period ended September 30, 2024 is being audited by Public Accountant Office Mirawati Sensi
Idris. Therefore, the Company will submit the Financial Statement to OJK and IDX in accordance to the prevailing
provisions, which is at the latest by December 31, 2024
